Only one thing I can say?.Please.Deep. Clean.Your. Fryers. Service was fine but food?.was absolutely awful. Soggy, tasteless... fries swimming in fryer grease and chicken tenders which were, according to the bartender, excellent?but they were not. Whilethey were piping hot, they lacked any seasoning and only tasted of?you guessed it?dirty fryer oil. Nothing had any flavor otherthan grease. Sauces were also not good. The bartender was friendly but it seemed like there was other workers there who lookedpretty miserable. Fruit flies were an issue, which means that the drains need cleaned as well. WOW! I am a big burger fan. This is the best burger I?ve had in a long time. Definitely the best burger I?ve had in my 21 years... in CLE. Very fresh ingredients and lots of flavors. French fries were also fantastic! Crispy and fresh and full of flavor. It?sa nice little place to have dinner. Not loud, and a great place to watch a game or casually meet with friends. We waited AN HOUR for food. AN HOUR - for two burgers, a chicken breast and fries? A burger takes 12 min, a chicken breast takes... about 15 min and fries take 4 min. I worked at Flipside Easton and I know how long this takes? our server told us she put ourfood in at 6:49 and we left WITHOUT FOOD at 7:42. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We were told by our serverthat the OWNER was running the line and was calling the times for food. The owner never once came out to us to apologize for thetiming of the food. The burgers are mediocre. I expected amazing food since it's a burger place. Therefore I think the burgers are over priced. $20... for burger and fries but the location is prime. Madison made me a delicious Old Fashioned. The atmosphere is beautiful andintimate. I can see this being a place I visit multiple times a month. The customer service is excellent as well. Read more
This is the second time I?ve been ignored or waited an abnormal amount of time. Today I came in to place a order, and was... ignored by two bar tenders. Then went to the manager and was dismissed and told to have a good day. A manager that doesn?t valueevery customer is bad business. I assure you I?ll Never ever come back. Read more
Great lunch today. Nick was super friendly and recommended the blueberry habanero smoked wings which were fantastic. The chicken... sandwich and Reuben were delicious as well. Nick even brought out a birthday treat for my daughter! We had a great time thankyou. Read more
This restaurant is unbelievable! The atmosphere is fantastic as you can see in the pictures!!! The food is absolutely... delicious!!! My husband and I split brisket with jalapeño ????peppers, cheese and barbecue sauce!!! So good!!! My daughter hada hamburger ???? which had crispy onions, cheese and barbecue sauce. Super place, especially on game day. Lots of tvs! Comfortable interiors, garage door windows open to the street are really... inviting. Delicious foods, well plated, generous. Good coffee. Terribly understaffed and possibly inexperienced, too new. Verypoor service. Read more
