Their pizzas are unique and not at all like pizzas from a "chain". The toppings are fresh and we like the taste of the crust;... however, there is minimal sauce, if any. I'm not sure if this is intentional or somebody just went too light with the sauce.Next time I order, I will have to request more sauce. We love their chocolate chip cookies, very tasty. my brother got us pizza from here when i was visiting them in Cleveland from North Carolina. when they told me we where having... vegan pizza i was alittle nervous cause ive never had it before plus im not vegan so i didn't know what to expect but omg! itwas some of the best pizza ive ever had! plus the cookies! omg if i knew how good they where going to be i would have got twolol totally worth the price and in our case the drive from the eastside. we had The Kennedy (2nd picture) and Vegan Piggy Bird(first picture) , plus garlic bread and i had the frosted animal cracker cookie. My daughter and son-in-law invited us for dinner tonight, and we were finally able to try Ohio Pie Co pizza!????????????????. It... was excellent!! It had a fantastic crust!!! A little crunchy! I?m thinking brick oven! There was a lot of pepperoni!!???? Thesauce was also very good!!! The cheesy bread was also good!! Love to support local!!! Excellent pizza and cookies. But some of the worst customer service I?ve experienced, both on the phone and in person. And this... for a higher end pizza place. They?re not cheap. Now, I don?t expect a red carpet rollout as a customer. I work in customerservice, and I get that you get a bad experience here or there. But this is pretty much every time that the employees are rudeand unfriendly. I just don?t know if they know what good customer service is in practice. Definitely not going to come back fora while. Too many other places that offer amazing friendly service and a good product, and often for less money. It can be done. Read more
