BEST BREAD IN ALL CLEVELAND!!!!!! I am pretty sure it is because it is made with love. 5+++++ STARS!! Clean, organized, on point... . It is a good feeling going into a restaurant, and going to taste the same thing you're going for, especially seeing the samefaces for Decades!!! Worst subway. I cannot believe a place like this has survived in Rocky River. I went there three times in hopes that I just... caught them on an off-day...Nope. The man (manager or owner maybe) EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate . Then, I went there todayto get food for my long shift at work at 10am, which they are listed as open at 10am. Open sign was on, door was locked. Icalled to to make sure it wasn't an accident, the girl answered told me "We are open, but we are backed up right now". Like areyou kidding me? Turn your open sign off then. Or maybe just close your business completely, thanks. Read more
Usually a fine Subway, but the last experience was not awesome. The worker was not wearing her mask over her nose so the... aerosols from her nose breathed all over my food. I know wearing a mask all day is difficult right now but the mask should stayon its entirety when prepping food in a pandemic. Also she put way too much dressing on our sandwich and it was sopped when wewent to eat it. I honestly should have asked her to either remake the sandwich with a mask on, or just left and came backanother time. So maybe my it?s fault for buying the food and not speaking up, but the food prep worker should know by now thatshe needs to wear the mask on her entire nose and mouth the whole time. Read more
This is my favorite subway. The gentleman who owns this location is so kind and cares about customer service. It's rare to see... people taking pride in their job and interactions, but it's clear he does. Makes great suggestions for my sub and is alwayskind. Thank you!!!
