Very poor customer service by this girl ( In red T-shirt) We raised a concern about fries portion the quantity was very less and... this girl start argument. She started yelling and raised her voice. I ordered two combos both were with extra tomato and redonion and there was no red onion I raised my concern again and they gave me red onion in a container and said you can add it onthe sandwiches. ( very poor service it was a nightmare) however they were agree to replace my sandwiches but they gave me coldchicken patties this time. Finally I returned my order. I don’t know I ll get my money back or not but I’ll not visit thisANW LOCATION AGAIN. Overall staff were like same. Arrogant, Egotistic and Unprofessional. A BIG 0 (Zero) for this location’sstaff especially for this girl in red TEE. I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND THEIR STAFF SAID THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE INFORMATIONABOUT HER.. When I clicked the photo of the location and for my order and she raised her voice and start yelling u can’t takephotos. The anger was really terrible on her face. OH MINE, the Filipino girl gave my order to the wrong customers and the other customers opened the bag and digged their hands... into my food and the Filipino girl still asked for the order back and served to me!!!! I also puked. It was onion rings andfries so it is not wrapped up like burgers. Disgusting. please avoid this location!!! Read more
