Beware of potential transaction fraud! I ordered a vegetable fried rice. Had my toddler crying in my arms. I get to the table... and see in my apple wallet I was charged 143$ instead of 13.43$. I went back to the cash and asked for a correction. Theycomplied didn?t seem so surprised. I would have believed it was an honest mistake until the lady at the cash today (Aug 162022) answered saying ?you must have a lot of money, you didn?t even notice the overcharge?. I've been to quite a few Thai express and this one was by far the worst. Horrible customer service. I got a chicken pad thai and... diet Pepsi. They automatically punched in a bottle of Pepsi, I asked to get a fountain pop instead, I got a cup filled just over3/4, had to ask the cashier to fill it up some more, she looked annoyed and added maybe 2cm of pop. The cashier also did notask how spice I wanted my meal, every other TE I've been to did this. The cooks also looked annoyed when I asked for chop sticksand napkins, I didn't realize they now expect you to bring your own cutlery. The food itself was overly sweet, no spice, the padthai sauce was just horrible, taste more like ketchup than pad thai sauce. The portion was also smaller than what I've seen atthe other locations. Should have gone with subway. But hey if you like something that tastes like ketchup with mama noodles gofor it. Read more

I always use to get the basil chicken fried rice but for last few months I feel like the quality has gone down. I ordered my... favourite chicken fried rice and I like it spicy but this time I can ONLY taste the spicy flavour. It literally felt like I waseating rice with just chilly sauce.
