I don't know what happened to this location. Used to be our go to place, but the quality has really gone down. First, quantity... has been lowered, regular sizes are much smaller than they used to. They don't fill the cup all the way like they used to.Secondly, they're simply cheaping out. My girlfriend had a mint chocolate chip one, and the bottom was filled with unmixed mintsyrup, quite disgusting. I had a strawberry cheesecake sensation, and I kid you not, there was less than a tablespoon ofcheesecake. If i wanted a straight up strawberry one with nothing else in it, I would have ordered that. I am so addicted to their frozen yogurt! The staff are super friendly! I usually order through uber eats and they left a cute... note and they even waited for my last order to get picked up since the driver was taking forever! Worst customer service ever! I paid for a topping and they lightly sprinkle it on...when you ask for more they tell you pay 50... cents more. At chinook you never have to even ask!! Won't be getting the frozen yogurt here again! Read more
The lady who work there is so kind and patient especially with kids. Also she is super clean. I highly recommend this location
