Marco's Pizza has a reputation for being good and I have bought a good pizza there. But the last time I went there I ordered a... medium with extra paste, however it did not have the extra paste and it was burnt. Really burnt to the point that it was dry andI didn't check it so I didn't know until I got home. On hold for 31 minutes an then hung up on. 2 young girls gossiped as I on hold for over 30 min as a gentlemen worked in the back... ground. Sad pathetic service. They are losing 1000?s dollars due to these type employees. The entire 30 min I could hear everyword the girls gossiped an all the other phone lines continually ringing an them ignoring the calls. I love this location. My pizza is always hot , fresh and delicious regardless whether I pick it up or have it delivered. The sub... sandwiches are very good also! Since my last review, services has taken a dive. The last time I ordered pizza. I received itwith hair in it. I threw it away and complained to the manager, who wanted to remake my pizza. -I said no thanks!!! She alsorefunded my money, which was only $2.01 cent because I had a $10. 00 coupon. It has taken over and hour to get our food delivered. The status changed at the time its should have been delivered to not... prepared yet then they delivery time changed adding 30 minutes more. The food isn't hot like normal and I didnt get an extrapack of italian dressing as requested. Read more
We orderd two large pizzas one was completly wrong. When we called in and told them, we were told they would give a credit for a... new large next time we ordered. Fast foward several weeks and we called to claim our credit and they had no record of it. Poorcustomer service. Marcos has lost our buisness. Read more
This was my first time ordering Marco's pizza and I had a very pleasant experience. I ordered my pizza online with no hassle and... I was impressed with the way I was able to customize my order. I ordered a "The Works" pizza with no cheese and I was extremelypleased with the presentation and taste of my food. I was very impressed with the fact that Marco's was so generous with theirtoppings. Usually when I request no cheese from other pizza places, they skimp on the toppings so that the only ingredient thatstands out is the tomato sauce and a crust that's sometimes not so great. Marco's on the other hand goes above and beyond and Ihad delicious toppings in every bite. Yay! I was also impressed with Marco's crust. The garlic butter is a must have and itenhances the taste of the pizza. Although I love extra garlic butter on the side, I didn't even have to dip my crust in it likeI usually do with other places because the crust was quite tasty already. I also ordered buffalo wings and cinna bites fordessert which were very good as well. I wish to suggest for the future that Marco's lines their pizza boxes with foil orparchment paper when extra garlic butter is added to the crust. This is because the oil seeps through and leaks from the box. Itransported my pizza in my car and when I got home I discovered that the garlic butter leaked through the box onto my car seatsand left stains that now cannot be removed. Other than that, I am extremely impressed with Marco's and I will be coming back.Keep up the great work! Read more
Would have givin a 5 star but tonight's pizza was REALLY bad. When my son Ryan ordered he ordered his usual 2 med 2 topping and... a small Double cheese double mushroom what he got was the reg mediums but the small was a medium and was very rubbery, no dblcheese OR dbl mushrooms and like I said, it was VERY rubbery no taste at all. If they didn't have the music so loud they couldprobably work a bit better. Read more
