I paid for and double Hamber and large fries. I got a single Hamber and cold fries. Not to say you are paying more at this... location than other ones. I went back for them to fix it, and they refused to fix it. I told the manager that I was going tocall corporate, he told me go ahead in an arrogant tone. Read more
Super rude. Complained to corporate asking for a call back, never got one. Just an email i couldn't even reply back to.... Management is the worst at this place. Ive had several altercations with managers here. Not just me but my mom also. Hadn't beento this location in well over a year until last week. I really didn't want to stop here but it was late. This McDonald?s has gone down hill, since Terry salinas and Mr. King stopped being the owners. Most times then not you get... horrible customer service. Today almost a wek later I again went by in the morning to grab a breakfast it was a little before 7AM. the cars in the drive... through went all the way around the building so I thought I would just park and go in. Wrong even though they say the lobby isopen it was locked tight. I will not be back and if anyone was smart they would go to a different one or their anotherresturant instead. I went here on my way to work Saturday and picked up a big breakfast. When I got to work and opened the bagit didn't have the hash browns. I tried to call them but no one answered the phone. In times when prices are high they need tomake sure an individual's order is correct. You won't find companies staying in business if this is the service customersreceive. Read more
Went here to get my son some breakfast at 11:20. They told me they were done serving breakfast and to get a McDouble. Who quits... serving breakfast at 11 am???
