Mar the manager would not take my order after she would not answer me on the intercom she was very snobby rude and didn?t want... to help me when I was at the drive thru window I asked her if I can speak to the manager she claimed she was the manager. Iasked if I can speak to her manager she said there was no other manager there and then she said some other girl was her managerafter she told me, she didn?t have a manager there.she laughed at me on the other side of the window talking about me to herassociates I have ever seen such rudeness in my life or bad customer service people like they should not be working withcustomers This young girl here watch out she is not a happy manager people like this I don?t know how she is a manager She?sonly teaching her teammates to be rude like her. Would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here are rude and not very good dealing with customers. Tried picking up doordash order... and I was told it wasn't sent there and I should call doordash support. When i get to the window the guy taking money tells meFu#k You Pu@#y. This is the only taco bell restaurant in Roeland Park! I dont care if my rating on doordash goes down but I willnot except another order from this restaurant. Read more

Late night order for family. Pintos and cheese were watery, cold, no sauce or cheese so nobody had beans with their expensive... meal. Called the following day to speak with a manager. First of all, I am disabled but don't need the beans without the meal.My daughter picked up this order for me. First manager I spoke with said she would make the beans right if I came in then. Icalled corporate over this and was told the beans would be replaced with another order. When my daughter went in, that same day,she was told by a manager they know nothing about this. Corporate finally sent me dated coupons which can only be used one at atime WITH yet another order each time. Good for their business I guess. Any time we go to Taco Bell (not just this one), wecheck for the number of items but I guess they expect you to unwrap each item to get what you ordered. This was a first on thebeans. Neither the store managers nor the corporate care people act like they care how satisfied their customers are. Read more

In case your curious. Using your phone on the line while making food is a health code issue. Would suggest getting your act... together before health inspections as you have been reported. Read more

So my boyfriend and I went here tonight and he first didn?t understand what I was trying to ask for but then I tried telling the... 3 people at the window that wanted a meal with a soft taco on the side and had to explain it multiple times to them and for somereason no one seemed to understand what I said then we waited for our food and they gave us the bag so we thought everything wasin there but his food was not in there and they closed the window without saying a word and was very rude the whole time. So wewasted money since he didn?t get his meal! Never going back to this Taco Bell again! It?s very unprofessional even thoughmultiple people were standing right there so I?m not sure how you could mess it up. Read more

6.99 plus tax for a Deluxe Cravings Box. What?s deluxe about this??? Where?s the steak? There?s nothing even a layer across the... bottom? and they put sour cream on the burrito after I to them no sour cream on the Chulupa and Burrito? Smh Read more

These people know how to make a taco- go inside and let them know you appreciate the service and be friendly and sincere. it?s a... win - win. I?m sure they get people in the drive thru all day that?s negative and those whom ?nothing is ever good enough?. Corporate puts limits on how much product can be put in each item.... but with all the hard work the staff does each day withlittle appreciation... a ?thank you? goes a long way here ... and the gratitude is returned ;as you can see in my photo of my?macho? nacho taco (no lettuce for me ) ! Go inside next time... this place is my fav. Taco Bell and I have traveled across thesouth, west, then to here . Point is ,that?s saying a lot ,seeing as I eat Taco Bell everywhere I go ! Read more
