This was our first experience at Bonefish Grill. My husband, 3 children and myself were all pleasantly pleased with everything. ... The food was simple yet excellent. My daughter's mac and cheese was homemade. It was not boxed macaroni like some steakhousesserve. The service was perfect. He was attentive, but not annoying. He truly was the perfect waiter. Our server was excellent! We were seated right away! The crab fries appetizer was delicious! I am only giving two stars because... the rest of our meal was extremely disappointing! My husband got chicken and shrimp that was all over cooked. I got theblackened tacos? which looked amazing but did not taste great and were room temperature. I also found a hair in my taco. Mydaughter got the kids fish and fries and none of us liked the fish?. I?m not sure how they ever get a kid to eat that. Just anoverall disappointing experience. I wouldn?t go back if it only cost $25 and yet it was $75 (by the time we tipped) for foodthat I could make better at home. Totally disappointed. I expected so much better after reading all of the other reviews. I?mafraid we will be visiting a different local fish and seafood restaurant next time. Read more
The bang bang shrimp never disappoints. My friend ordered a rare steak and it was divine. I had the sashimi ahi tuna. Also... excellent. Anna was a fantastic server. If you haven?t been to bonefish lately, you need to go. Read more

Great clean restaurant with the BEST SERVICE I have ever had. The only reason this place gets a 4 star is because I had to wait... 45 minutes for a table (we did have a large group) and there was a mishap with splitting up the check. The waiter was superapologetic about it and it is completely understandable. I have eaten at many of places in many of different cities and statesand their service did not come close to yours. This place gets busy for a reason! Super tasty, elevated atmosphere. Definitely a good go to if you love seafood.
We went to Rogers on November 17, at around 5:30pm. This is the third time we we go to a Bonefish Grill in Arkansas, were... servers are not aware of this or other promos. Food was great, salad & main dish, (we had Salmon & house salad) dessert wasnot good, we went for the 2 for $45 promo, one key lime cake was included to share, cake was way too sweet & common, likegrocery store bought, not fit for this restaurant, cheesecake is a much better option, which we had many times before, and isdelicious. The day we went it started to fill out quicky, our server took longer than usual time to take our order. Read more
