They were very rude and it's not the first time! I ordered online and received a message a shirt time later that my order was... ready to pick up. My hubby went to pick it up and was told it was not ready so he sat for an additional 15 minutes. I sent him ascreenshot of the order ready message I received. When he showed them the message they said it was in the warmer but had othercustomers to take care of. Needless to say our food was not fresh, everything was soggy. Asked for a manager and was refused!Will not spend another penny there. Aweful service, and bad attitudes in there. Read more
The food and service were on point. They were kind and friendly and also came and checked up on us after receiving our food. The... only thing I would note that needs to be fixed is the ceiling tiles need to be changed due to water leaked and dust from vents. Read more
The tacos and burritos are great! My favorite thing here though is the asada fries- so addicting!!

9:20 p.m. on Friday- no other customers.. I ordered a cheesy burrito for my daughter which was good and the 4 taco meal for me.... I asked for 2 steak and 2 chicken. She even asked if I wanted to the chicken shredded. Got home with our order and only hadsteak that had a good flavor, but was very dry. NO CHICKEN - see picture. Plus upcharged us $1.75 to get a flavored waterinstead of a fountain drink when the menu price is $.10 more for a small and $.04 less for a large! We will not be going back tothe Pleasant Crossing location. Read more
We finally stopped tonight and picked up a couple of the Cheesy Burritos. One would have been plenty. They are huge, and... delicious!! Watch out for the salsa, it will set you on fire! Definately will be visiting again! Read more
