The food is delicious! That is if your food isn't cold. My husband ordered 2 meals for pick up. He received only half the order;... no sides. This wasn't discovered until he returned home. I had to drive a total of 40 minutes there and back while my food gotcold. I honestly don't remember getting so much as an apology. I got a free soda and 2 pies but they weren't offered to me. Ihad asked for them because my dog had caused my husband to spill my soda and I just wanted pie when I saw it on the menu. One of the best barbecue places I?ve been to. Customer service was astounding, very friendly every visit. They treat you more... like people instead of customers. Also great portions for the price, and their rewards system is great if you like free food.Would recommend to anyone who wants quick, affordable, and tasty barbecue. Read more
We were there a bit after lunchtime, maybe 12:45. They were great! They had some technical issues but instead of making us wait... and wait they worked with us and made us feel like valued customers. THE FOOD IS GREAT! Sauces have great flavor, pulled porkand brisket are super tender. The beans have good flavor and the slaw is perfect- not too sweet and not too tangy. Read more
I got my order delivered through Doordash, with missing item and NO BARBECUE SAUCE! The food was cold and tasteless. HOW AM I... SUPPOSED TO EAT THIS COLD MEAT WITH NO SAUCE? I called the restaurant and they want me to come pickup the rest of my order,really? I paid delivery fees and tips ???? ????. Ordered two 3 meat plates online. Waited 20 mins to get food after arriving at the restaurant on time (55 mins from time of... order) Second time this has happened recently with online orders here. I highly recommend NOT ordering online. Meats and sideswere wrong on half the order. Disappointed in portion sizes. The food is decent it's unfortunate that this Dickeys hasexecution issues. It was a decent brisket sandwich but was lukewarm and bun was almost cold. Sides were average. They need a new ordering system... it's confusing both for the order taker and the customer so it was no wonder that there were a couple of mistakes. Friendlyservice and clean atmosphere. Maybe I'll try again the near future. Oh, and I wanted ribs but they said they weren't ready fora while. That was definitely a let down to find out! Read more
