This place is the worst. No Turkey. Unhelpful staff. Double the price it should be.. $20 for two unwich?s, had to sub ham for... Turkey because they didn?t have it. And one ?unwich? is just a piece of lettuce ripped to shreds that doesn?t even wrap aroundthe sandwich. Don?t waste your time, patience or money on this place. They should be shut down. Read more
10 minutes in drive thru speaker repeating myself three times. Pulled forward and waited another 10 minutes for them to blame... system issues and they would have to recreate the order, yet people were walking in without issues. Freaky fast? Freaky shutthis place down as we don't want this false advertising and misleading!!! Your whole, and only gimmick, is your speed and youhave absolutely failed to meet the basic standards of drive thrus yet alone your own internal "fast" standards. Waited 20 minutes in the drivethru, come to find out the car ahead had ordered pickup while in line and was waiting on their... order. That?s when someone should tell that customer to pull up/into a spot to wait, not hold up the rest of the drivethruline. Read more
Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich shop and I don't like leaving bad reviews. I did have an issue but I was contacted by JJ's... and spoke to the manager. I am impressed at the level of attention and the timeliness they responded to my originalreview/complaint. I also know when someone is hustling to get things done. Keep up the good work! Try to slow down a little,going to fast is an invitation for mistakes. Read more
First the lady at the counter was rude. Then I tried to order my way and was told I had to order from the menu and get what is... on the sandwiches. I don?t like a lot of the combos. The bread was so hard that I couldn?t eat it, the lettuce was soggy and theroast beef tasted funny. Never again. If I want someone being rude to me, I can stay home. Read more
