I walked into this store on New Hope and an associate by the name of Danni was out in the lobby with NO SHOES on sweeping the... floor. As a previous associate employed by Kum&Go, I was completely mortified when I saw this, as this is so unsanitary andagainst coding! There were 2 other employees, but no GM in sight, yet nobody said anything! This is SO unprofessional andnonetheless, gross. This store has completely gone down hill over the last 2 years. I can never go in and not have to wait in aline of 5+ people when there are clearly other employees to help on the registers, the floors and sales floor are always dirtyand under Stocked. This use to be one of my favorite stores no matter the employees or GM but it?s just slumming it like it?s onsouth side now. DISAPPOINTED in how the entire company is allowing their stores to run! Got $30 in gas and they took $100 off my card. Asked dude inside what happen he said There?s nothing we can do. So I left my... name and number for manger she never called. Called again this man answered and said if you pay at the pump with card there is$75-$100 hold fee. But you will get it back in couple days . Pump 16, charged for Premium gas when I hit the Regular button. Cost me $10 more for the cheap gas. The receipt said Premium but... I know without a doubt I selected the low grade. Inside they looked at me silly and said they'd look into it. No offer ofrefund. Won't be coming back ever! Told them not to let others get scammed. I doubt anything will be done. Read more
I stopped in to order a pizza and I kid you not... A baby roach ran across the counter. This is in the kitchen area. I'm... obviously disgusted at this point. I bring it to the managers attention. Not sure of her name but she was the manager workingTuesday around 330pm. She was completely rude and I also noticed dirt under all of her fingernails. I feel like her hygiene wasnot appropriate to be working in a place serving food to the public. To be management in a store you should definitely carryyourself a certain way or it can make the whole store unapeaunapp. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I'll informfriends and family as well. Im a regular customer at this kum n go. Everytime I gas up or stop for drinks and cigs its at this store. Thr old lady that... works during the day, short white hair is s total bi*ch!! She refused to sell me cigarettes because I forgot my D.L. in my car.I look my age and haven't been carded in years. She rude as hell and her customer services skills also suck. I understand whyshe asks for I.d. but not to someone who buys cigs there like every 2nd to 3rd day. She just really made me mad I guess. Rantover! Read more
