I like their chicken Alfredo and I also like their Caesar salad and I also love their garlic cheese biscuits. And as a result... of how much I like this restaurant, I decided to sign up for the Red Lobster rewards program. And Red Lobster will always be onthe list of my favorite restaurants. As I tried to cram in two birthdays, mother's day and a graduation into one dinner, not my best decision. But thank goodness we... selected Red Lobster, what great service, great food. We enjoyed surf and turf, seafood special and a seafood pizza. The dinnerswere great. Followed up by two great desserts, cheesecake and a brownie alamode. Horrible experience, first the booths stunk like bu**, the food was raw when it was brought out to us and the place was filthy.... After a dirty cup of wine, I paid for the food we didn't consume just to get outta there fast and not cause a scene. First timehere and Never again. Read more
Greeted by good staff. Food was so tasty. Biscuits were good and they are complimentary. Tried lobster and pasta dishes and they... were so good. Hospitality is good and staff inquired about our needs too often during our visit. Ambience is okay. Can give avisit again. Read more
Our server was good. The kitchen made a mistake on my husbands order and it took a bit to get the correction. The server was... very apologetic about it thought. The shrimp scampi has changed a bit, I preferred it the old way. Read more
The only reason we went back to this dumpster fire of a restaurant is because Olive Garden was 1.3 hr wait and my kids were... starving. This time I was served moldy broccoli. The waitress was just, OH, sorry bout that. I was offered a replacement sidewhen they should have comped me the meal. Disgusting. I mean, use your eyes and tell me what you would've done. Also, theshrimp you see was not..slimy but close to it. Stuffed mushrooms now have 3 pieces of shrimp per order, so there's that. Ugh. PLEASE SHUT DOWN ALREADY. Read more
Very clean restaurant and food was fantastic. Originally was going to a neighbor restaurant but did not want to wait for a table... so my party decided to go to Red Lobster. We were seated very quickly at a clean booth. Drinks were brought quickly as well asthe delicious biscuits. After ordering it felt like no time before our food arrived. Food was delicious and hot. The onlycomplaint that our waitress did not come and check on us but maybe one time. All in all great experience. Read more
