Ruth’s Chris is an exceptional steak house. Very good good overall. The hotness of the steak, and the plate upon which it is... sitting is done by no one else. If your steak is too bloody for you, you can slice it & put the bloody side down on your plate.It will finish cooking due to the heat in the plate. I really like that. The sides are great, although I do not recommend thelobster bisque. Now, I gave the steak house four stars, but I need to talk about Duane. I guess five stars is all I’m allowedto give him, but he deserves much more than that. So nice, so helpful, & interacting. You just can’t ask for more when Duaneis your server. Excellent service! To conclude, for the money, I like other steak houses better. (Off of my grill are the best)Mahogany’s & Flemings are my favorite. Ruth’s Chris deserves a try, because you won’t be disappointed. I just prefer acouple others. This was my first visit, so maybe the second visit will change my mind. Read more

Outstanding. We have frequented several high end restaurants, and usually leave feeling a bit disappointed. This ended tonight.... We had a fabulous experience. The staff was incredible. The food was impeccable. We are going to make this an option for finedining on a more regular basis. It is expensive, but all the marks hit for the cost. Read more

We have been going to Ruth’s Chris for 16 years now. I was so disappointed last weekend when I went there for my birthday... celebration. The steak was just okay, we barely finished it. The crab cake was awesome! The mashed potato was horrible, justloaded with butter. It didn’t look fresh at all, like boxed mashed potato and the Mac and cheese was undercooked and the milkwas at the bottom and the pasta was raw. The gumbo was okay, it’s usually better. Server was awesome and very nice. Just verydisappointed because we were there before Christmas and the food was super amazing. I guess they have great chefs during busyseason, and amateurs for the other days. Read more

We had a WONDERFUL expierience tonight at Ruth’s Chris. Our Hostess, Laci, was wonderful and so polite. She was unbelievably... nice. Marco and Parker took great care of us. They were so great. No food in Northwest Arkansas compares to Ruth’s Chris. Itis an expensive establishment, but worth every penny. The staff, the atmosphere, and food are beyond compare. A “must try”spot in NWA. Wonderful ambience, Food was meticulously prepared and presented with great care. Not overly seasoned cooked to perfection. ... The proportions were generous. The service was wonderful as well, very attentive but not overbearing. Nick was one of the best.. . Location was easy to find from the main road, Plenty of parking, The dining area Was extremely organized For almost a familydining room scenario. Very clean environment. Wonderful experience all the way through. The only suggestion I might add Is alittle brighter lighting to read menus or different printing on the menus. All in all . . . a perfect evening. Read more
