The current management team is doing a great job delivering top quality products and friendly service. My favorite manager left... before COVID and then the closure made this business a tremendous challenge in general. The team now has exceeded anyexpectations I had and their meals are solidly great. I ordered a pick 2 Turkey bacon sandwich and pizza. I?m very disappointed! I called and spoke to the manager and he didn?t seem... to care. He did mention that he?s the one that prepared my order. This location is great. They are always friendly and have excellent service even when I do things like accidentally order my... family's food at the Fort Smith location on the app! To be fair, the Fort Smith location is called Schlotzsky Rogers becauseit's on Rogers Ave! ???????????. They will take good care of you here! Read more
I just called to share an experience with this location . The guy answered the phone, I ask for a manager and h said go ahead.... Insinuating he was the manager. I then said what was your name again? He said ?I am not going to give you my name.? Wow ok. Ithen ask for the owners name. He says I am definitely not giving you that. So I hung up. I never had a chance to tell him whathappened because I could not get over the lack of competency and lack of respect for the customer. I new exactly at that momentwhy we had a bad experience and that he could care less. He had no idea if what I had called for was good or bad. We drove fromLowell and will NEVER again. Read more
