I don't ever review fast food places after 1 visit or even 2 because I know bad days and crazy shifts happen. But on my 4th... visit in 2 weeks, service was still EXTREMELY slow despite a simple order and only a couple of cars in the kiosks. I thinkorders must be sitting on the counter a while because my cheesecake milkshake was soup by the time it got to me and didn't evenhave any cheesecake in it. An order of mozzarella sticks and cheese tots has taken 15 minutes (so far...I'm still sitting heretyping). This is really bad. Read more

Poor customer service. We accidentally ordered through the app and didn't change the location from default-which was this... location. When we called trying to get help on canceling the order by receipt they informed us they couldn't and to call a 1800sonic number. After being on hold for over 10 minutes, I decided to call back to see if we could actually get some help andmaybe get the receipt transferred to the current sonic we were at, or simply drink tokens being we had receipt on our app asproof. I feel like this could've been handled better to where a customer isn't spending 20-30 minutes of their day trying to geta 2 drink order fixed. Disappointing. Read more

Every time I come to this sonic, it takes 10-15 minutes just for someone to answer the red button. Then, it takes forever for... the food to come out. The employees are absolutely useless with answering the buttons. I used to work at Sonic in another townand it was always a priority to answer the call from the stall. This place needs new management. I do not recommend this placeto anyone who has less than an hour lunch break. Read more
