Overall, the meal was just okay. Didn?t really feel like we got our money?s worth. The waitress wasn?t very good and kept... questioning our order because we wanted extra fries, trying to push us to getting another side. Not sure why. The food itselfwas a little lackluster. The prime rib was rich in taste, but was 85% fat. Will we be back? Maybe. But this is far from a placewe will put into our regular rotation of places to eat. Read more

We went here for my wife's birthday. The food was great. My wife tried her first steak here and loved it. That's impressive... because she doesn't eat lots of meat. I bought a 16 of prime rib. The best part is we didn't need to add any extra seasoning. Read more

Texas Roadhouse was the first meal my husband and I ate when we moved to Lowell, Arkansas. I was impressed by their delicious... free bread, which was soft, crispy and fragrant. We could eat several of them, but I had to save my stomach for the main food. The steak was good too, the texture was just right and I was happy with it, and baked sweet potatoes were better than bakedpotatoes. The staff is also very friendly and warm. ... . A week later, my husband and I came back again. I ordered the steakand pork chop combo again. I felt that his steak was better and my husband was willing to share his. The chicken nuggets Iordered the second time were not very good. I was a bit disappointed. Generally satisfactory, we will continue to visit. Read more

This was my first time at any Texas Roadhouse, and it lived up to my expectations. The rolls: Everyone and their dog constantly... brings up how amazing the rolls are. And frankly, they are correct. They were, in fact, very good! I also got the New YorkStrip and split it with a family member, as well as one of the sides. The side I got was the steak fries. The steak was reallygood, although a (what felt like abnormal) huge portion of it was inedible fat which was kinda disappointing. The steak frieswere good but not great, reminding me of Red Robin's fries. Lastly, we got the fried pickles for an appetizer and they werepretty good, and the ranch had a unique taste. One more thing to note is the prices were surprisingly good for what we got.Texas Roadhouse seems like a good deal all things considered. Overall, I had a great experience here! Read more

I'm really not sure what all the hype is about. The service is slow and we even had 2 waitresses (1 was training). My son and I... both ordered medium rare steaks and his came out rare and mine was medium well. We didn't say anything about them being cookedwrong because we had already waited about 40 minutes to get our food. The food was good/average but nothing we experienced wasover the top. I do like that you can get on the waiting list from the app and don't have to wait there for an hour to be seated. Read more

I came here tonight with my family and I highly recommend! Everything we ordered was phenomenal! We joined the wait list on the... app around 4:30 with an hour and 40 minute wait. We arrived at our wait time and were seated promptly. Courtney was our waitressand she was kind, caring, and quick! She even gave us advice on which drinks were the best and strongest! ???? We were there ona Saturday night so it was busy! But they were amazing with getting things out fast! The manager even came out to check on usand brought fresh rolls! 10 out of 10 highly recommend! ? Came here to celebrate our engagement and once again Texas Roadhouse did NOT disappoint!! So thankful for the app where you can... ?join waitlist?. It was a two hour wait and since we live right down the road we were able to stay home up until about 10minutes before. Less than five minutes after we arrived we were seated at a table. Jacob was our server and did an amazing job!Happy birthday Jacob I hope you had a phantasmagorical day! Read more

I went on 12/7 which I believe was the day after the Grand-Opening (or close to it). They were fully prepared with dozens of... smiling staff. Our server was Olivia and she was very attentive and kind. Due the influx of staff, we met a handful of servers. They all had their best foot forward and zero complaints. A sweet manager named Ariel made her rounds as well. I appreciatedthe variety of staff as well. It wasn't the Cookie-Cutter Staff that you see in some establishments. Very inclusive. The foodwas great. My partner said the chicken tenders were the juiciest he has ever had. I am barely a Pescetarian as I mostly stickto to veggies, but occasionally have seafood. I had the Shrimp, which is my go-to at Texas Roadhouse. They are a mid-size shrimpand covered in butter (or a buttery oil) served over a Rice Pilaf. The Cactus Blossom was amazing per usual. Perfectly fried &seasoned. Rolls were served immediately and they were so warm & soft. The butter is the best compliment to them. I don't think Ihave ever been disappointed in a Texas Roadhouse. We even got some lagniappe when we recieved extra fries. The restaurant isbrand new, so I expected it to be clean and it was. No annoying flies buzzing around me or laying in a window (huge petpeeve). There were clear dividers between tables for people's safety. I really hope when I return that everything is as niceas the first visit. I would also like to say that we recieved a lot of food for what we paid. I seldom ever want to bring homefood, but we had so much left over. They are generous with portions. Read more
