We went around 8:30 pm on a Saturday. There wasn't really anyone there. First round of orders we were told they were ether out... of it or really low. Our stake was almost all fat. On top of all this the time frame from order to on the table was very long.For the 2 of us we spent $186. I can go to plenty of places and get better food better service at a much cheaper price. The place was not busy on a Friday night. The menu is just too far out there; this isn't San Francisco. Service at the bar was... quite good. Atmosphere of the place is good. If they don't normalize their menu a bit to gain more customers, they won't behere much longer. Read more
Centrally located in Northwest Arkansas. Close to the AMP right off of the interstate. Inside offers venue areas for different... types of gatherings, low light dark atmosphere, and a very big/long bar area. Patio area also available. Upscale feel overall.Food is very good and some options you may not see anywhere else. Wine list is very good. Read more
Edited to add: We're local. have been for going on 5 years. I didn't address anyone in person as we were out of time from the... how long the service took. We didn't even wait for a check just handed of a card to pay and leave. I have a lot better cuts ofmeat from a lot of other restaurants Locally. We eat out 4/5 times a week and generally both order a steak each time. Iunderstand your trying to back your business. As would any business owner/ manager. I don't think you have a bad business. Ithink you have poor service and overly fatty steaks. A steak should not be over 50% fat, coming from anywhere. Again, I amsharing our experience. I am not battling you. We tried Theos on 4/27/22. We arrived at 6:26. There wasn’t a line and itdidn’t seem to be very busy, continuous& steady yes, but certainly not slammed. The Food looked great but wasn’t the best. Ihad crab ravioli, it was dry and a little crunchy. The flavor was good. My husband had a ribeye med-rare. And we shared alobster Mac. The steak was more fat than meat, over 50-60% fat. service was VERY slow! Took forever to get anything. I’d sayapprox. 15minutes between each time we seen our waitress- ordered a glass of wine each and that alone took approximately 20-25minutes to get it. Workers were nice/ friendly. Environment was nice. Other than feeling like we’re sitting front and center(we weren’t) felt as if there was a spot light shining on us- (we were sitting by a window in the back of the dining room.Definitely is not worth the hype. Appetizers and drinks were absolutely delicious, along with the service. Our server was very very nice and helped us figure out... what to order immediately, she was polite and also very directional and relatable, Great job on that! The reason why I give it 4stars is because we had a large party, and some of the food was good (like the one you can see on the image) but, some food thatother people order was ok , the gnocchi were EXTREMELY rubbery, I do not think this is how a gnocchi should feel on your mouth,and other dishes were ok for the amount paid. I feel this place has potential but I do not see consistency. But hey! I will beback for the amazing service we got and to try different menu items which I know they will be delicious! Read more
Best date night experience in the Bentonville Rogers area to date! The host was amazing and thoughtful and found us a nice place... to sit away from any passerby's and even checked in to see how we were doing! Our waitress was no slouch either making sure wehad what we needed when we needed it without being pushy or visiting in the middle of conversation. We even had a friendly visitfrom the manager when our food was being served! She helped bring food to our table along side our waitress. Now the food, thatwas something special. I ordered a NY Strip medium rare and it came back with a nice juicy pink center just the way I picturedit would have. My better half ordered the gnocchi and we shared a side of lobster mac and cheese. Both dishes in texture andflavor exceeded expectations! The only criticism I could give would be my spouses hurricane didn't come out quite as expectedbut it wasn't on the drink list or menu. The bottom line, if you are looking for a great place to celebrate a promotion,birthday, or just a nice night out I would highly recommend Theo's. They truly go above and beyond. Did I mention they broughtus complimentary champagne for our celebration? Try them out, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Theo’s is alright. Not worth the price tag! My husband ordered the ribeye with Brussels sprouts- they were very dry, not a lot... of flavor on any of our food! The food was room temperature, may have been sitting for awhile since the service was not toospeedy. I had the filet mignon & it was market price; market price being $70. Certainly not worth that. Not too flavorful & themushroom conglomeration they threw on the plate was bizarre. Steak is served with a burgundy wine sauce just an FYI. Atmosphereof the restaurant was good, could be romantic. I would choose to not come back though & stick to Ruth Chris. Read more
The ambiance of this place is impeccable along with the food and cocktails. And our server Kyle G was absolutely on point. He... demonstrated the epitome of first class service. I wish I knew how to contact him personally to thank him for helping out witha small situation that occurred but we'll ask for him next time. Thanks!! Read more
