If you have not been to a Wendy's then this is a good one to start with. This Wendy's has been here a long time, in the last... year this one has improved greatly. The staff are well trained, friendly and professional. The food is as good as any Wendy'sanywhere. They always have fresh hot fries and if you don't like the fries you get at the drive through, just tell them and theywill replace them no questions asked. They have the best drive through help of any place in this area! I gave the 3 star onatmosphere because I don't care for most fast food inside locations. We were very disappointed on bacon burgers for our staffs lunch today . Burger was barely warm and dry ... picture being... promoted looked nothing like actual product , even the cost was 95cents more than advertised. Went to lunch with my family at this location. My family members all enjoyed their meal. I only had unsweetened tea which was... awful, it had a yuck taste and left an oily film in my mouth. Needless to say, I didn?t drink it. I don?t drink soda, so Iwent without. Read more
I love this Wendy?s, and I come here pretty often with friends for lunch? food?s always good? fries always hot and crispy as... they should be? drinks always the same? but I have had one problem each time I order. I usually do the $5 biggie bag which is agreat deal (especially if you upgrade the fries and drink to a medium), but I am allergic to bacon, so when I request no baconon my BLT (LT chicken for life!!!) I don?t expect to get bacon! But somehow always end up getting bacon! Fast and friendly. Wow, who knew Wendy's had good breakfast? Just tried it today and loved it. Had the Baconator breakfast... combo and the wife had a bacon egg croissant. Coffee was good, sandwichs were great and seasoned potato wedges were great. Read more
I politely waited in line ( at first as the only customer) for a good ten minutes, until a woman came in and went directly to... the counter to place her order, at which point they started to take it, and, as I was offended, I told them I was ( and nolonger being polite) I was mad and that for them to see me being patient and understanding of the line of cars at the drivethru, and to knowingly just jump right to the woman that just walked in and NEVER ONCE ask me or make any attempt to providetheir service that I would be leaving this rating and as soon as I find out how to get in touch with whomever is responsiblefor this store they will be hearing from me...
