The signs were lit and there was another sign saying if the signs are lit they are open. We arrived 5 min before closing time to... just grab some hamburger meat before closing and both doors were locked. So disappointed in this place. Read more
I dropped off my deer meat in Nov and didn't get it until mid January (and thats after several phone calls). I received nothing... but rude comments and some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The day I was picking up my meat in rogers the guysays to me as I walked into the store, "what do you want?" I said I was here to pick up my venison. His response was, "well yourgoing to have to be more specific about your meat, this is a meat place and that's all we have is meat." i said, "you didn'teven give me a chance to say my name". his response, 'ok....... whats your name?"in a sarcastic tone. it went on and on. iended up driving to Albertville to get my meat. now there they were nice guys. there for the one star. Amazing fresh meat and great customer service. Some of our favorites are the dry aged steaks, homemade burgers and jerky! They... also do catering which has been phenomenal for large events (the grilled seasoned pork chops are awesome). Highly recommend thisfamily owned place in downtown Rogers! Read more

Center Cut meats were so accommodating to me when I needed a special package put together for a gift. They were patient as I... changed my order 3 times ( added things) and were very nice when I went to pick it up. They packaged it all up in a nice giftbox and carried it out to my car. Gary was especially helpful and the other 3 people I talked with were very nice as well. Ihave had their meats before and they are VERY good quality. Read more
I wanted to try them out, but I was there for several minutes, the only customer in the store and wasn't greeted or even... acknowledged. I walked out. I truly want to support our local merchants but my experience wasn't good. Read more
