We have been to all of the local Chinese restaurants in the area from Monticello to Maple Grove. China Kitchen beats them all. ... My son, daughter and I dined in and everything we ordered was excellent. Not a single complaint. My son had shrimp lo mein,my daughter had kids sweet and sour chicken and I had sesame chicken. We also got egg rolls and wantons. Every single item wasdelicious. Service was very quick and the ladies working there were very friendly. Portion sizes are also very generous. Thiswill be our go to Chinese restaurant from now on. Read more

For take-out, this place may be 4 star worthy but for dine-in, one star would be more appropriate. Paper plates, plastic... forks, no water and no wait staff was a disappointment. The food was quite good although the portions were a bit small. Thebeef was cut in large pieces but there were no knives to cut it. The young lady who took our order was great...very friendlyand efficient. We will stick with Enjoy China in Champlin. Read more

Seen a sign over the door, ' Coming Soon'. Hopefully the food will be as good as it was with the previous owners. Looking... forward to its reopening. Update- The 'new' China Kitchen opened on Aug 19th. I was informed that I was their 1st customer! Ihave been back several times and am not disappointed. The restaurant has been nicely renovated, clean and comfy. The new ownersare friendly, and the food is very good. You can order on line and your meal is ready when you arrive. I stopped in here for the first time on my commute home from classes and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great but the... person that owns the place is even better. They could have brought me frozen peas to eat and I would have given this place fivestars based on the hospitality the owner gave. Wonderful food and wonderful people.
