Order pickup for 1130 and I wait till 1155 to get my food the duration of my lunch break. They need a better system here, maybe... have the other make line help when they are swapped with orders? Or stagger your tickets better when you get 20 orders for 1130maybe make that time unavailable on your online ordering? Please fix this issue Read more

Firstly let me say, everyone here is very nice & friendly ... However, when you have a line out the door, why on earth do you... have ONE person on the whole line? This man is very nice, but he moves at the pace of molasses. The girl standing at the cashregister just stares at him like she can't believe he's moving so slow, but doesn't help. There are 6 employees that I can see,at 1pm on a Wednesday, and only one is making food for customers in store. Management needs to do better. Another staff shouldbe stepping in to help the line as customers are literally lining out the door. I'm writing this while going on 15 minutes inthis line, still with 5 people ahead of me. Read more

Food was good, but it took about 30 minutes to get through the 12 person line. Workers were great, but clearly under staffed. ... Chipotle is making plenty of money these days, especially with all the online orders they're pumping out. Stop being cheapChipotle, get more than enough workers in there! I saw multiple people turn around and leave once they saw the line. If therewere enough workers these people would have been served and made up for the extra wages for the extra workers. Read more

Honestly, I wish there was a negative star review for this Chipotle. I have been to this location 5 times now. 3 of those times... I've left because they are out of basically everything. The other 2 times the rice was hard, the chicken was overcooked, and theservice was unbelievably slow. It seems there are always 10+ people working, but 5 to 7 of the employees are closing up shop 2hours early. I would not recommend this location to anyone. There is one in Maple Grove 10 minutes away. Do yourself a favor,and just go there. Needs new management. Read more

Crooks. Second time in a row that I ordered food with double protein and didn?t get it. They charge like $6 extra for it and do... not give it to me. Like I said?crooks. If you go there in person you might be okay. If you order online, your order won't even be close to right. We have had our... online orders incorrect multiple times at this location. Also, you can order a salad, but they don't make salads at thislocation. Went back after getting home and finding a bowl of salsa and meat. They said they don't sell salads and they can'tremove salads from the website. Only silver lining is after 2 trips to the store, I was able to talk to a manager who refundedthe meal. Drive a few miles north to the ElK River location if placing an online order. Read more
