My family and I decided to visit Freddy?s today. We were not disappointed at all. We went during a rush so I didn?t think that... we were going to get the full experience and boy was I wrong. Great customer service, the speed of this Freddy?s was justoutstanding but what really left me surprised was how fresh everything was; meat was fresh, fries were just right! Everyone wasvery kind! The lobby was nice and clean it felt right eating in the restaurant. They had the Christmas music going which hadthere customers delighted! Which led to us going back for dessert and again we were not disappointed they were very helpfulsince we weren?t at all familiar with there toppings and or the type of custard that they were selling. My family and I enjoyedour visit and loved that they referred to us as guests and not customers! I know for a fact we will go back again! Read more

Frozen custard was good, the fries are great while hot. The burgers on the other hand are not good. Cheap fatty hamburger done... smash burger style, which is fine. But they are cooked WAY to long. The outer half inch is crunchy, and the rest has no moistureleft in it. Read more

9-25-2022 Rogers, MN First time at any Freddy?s. I had the double with cheese meal. I love French fries, I thought their fries... were a little to thin for me. Not bad just thin. I must say the steak burgers were quite tasty. The thin hamburger with thefeathered edges, very unique. I liked that the meat was soft with a very nice char. Mustard on a cheeseburger nice touch. Iremoved the two pickle strips and ate them separately. The two pictures shows our pile of stuff when we finished and thehanging light straight above our table. Read more

Went here the day of posting about 30 mins ago. Ordered a kids cheeseburger that was fine, I also ordered a bacon cheeseburger... and the pepper jack. The cheese had no ketchup and was absolutely smothered in mustard and the pepper jack had so much sauce andjalapenos that the bun and burger patties slid off. All the drinks were flat. I was excited to try Freddy's for the first timebecause I've heard so many good thing but I will not be returning, if you want good fast food for 10x better quality go toCulver's. Read more

I was looking forward to trying them., but it was disappointing. Very thin burgers were perfectly edible, maybe they are better... as a double. I was disappointed by the excessively greasy cube shaped "cheese curds". Didn't try the ice cream. Maybe that isbetter. Read more

They get 1 star because the food was ok that saved them. The place was dirty we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the... girl even acknowledged us, we placed our order I asked for sauce she said they were out went to get ice and they were out ofthat also many people after me told them they were out of ice also but again no one did anything about it. We got our food theburger was extremely salty but the fries were good. As we were eating multiple cust came in as the order was messed up and theemployee she had a dear in headlights look to her. But on the flip side most of the employees were having a good time laughingand joking around with each other instead of cleaning the dirty tables or restocking the ice or even sweeping the floor I wouldthink Freddy?s name would want better ram stores If I want them again I will drive to maple grove I was excited they opened inrogers but after multiple bad experiences I am disappointed they are in rogers Read more
