Very good and nice. We went to the one in maple Grove and it's a joke that they claim open on line and you see staff out and... about not willing to serve anyone. Sitting on the sidewalk doing nothing. Claiming they will ONLY serve door dash after 11pm...So I am saying this store was great and wonderful. They cleaned up what another store didn't because of lazy staff... I hope themanager of this store lets the other manager know what is going on... Read more
I love this taco bell so much. These people are the blueprint for customer service. Every time I come here I feel overwhelmingly... welcomed. Not only that, but the drive through workers always give me a good laugh. The only poor customer service experienceI?ve had was during lunch hours. These two older women wouldn?t give me my mobile order at the counter and said I?d have to gothrough the drive through. I?m not sure if that?s policy or if they were just too busy to help me but they were being reallyrude. They also gave my friends and I a fare share of dirty looks. They probably just needed a smoke break. After that I waitedat the counter for like 10 minutes. Ended up getting my order from a gentleman that I assume was a manager and he was reallynice. I just hope that one of the cool taco bell workers knows who i?m talking about and can get a chuckle out of this. Ofcourse the good weighs out the bad by a landslide. I ordered the taco supreme combo. They usually get all soggy by the time you sit down to eat. But not this time for the first... time ever they were all crunchy. Due to the genius that came up with idea of instead placing them upright they were baggedupside down. I hope you let every Taco Bell know to do the same. Kudos to the genius who thought of this. It's fast food, so what can I say that hasn't already been said. The soft taco's had hardly anything inside of them. The... quesadilla was good. The burritos were ok. I asked for hot and mild sauce and they didn't give me any, that was disappointingwhen we got home to find none in the bag. Read more

I was happy to get my ultimate favorite drink at this location- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero. My usual Taco Bell location has... been out of this product for over a month. The food is average like any Taco Bell. My favorite is the box lunch with a Chalupaand hard shell taco. The service on my visit was very good and quick. Read more
Always love going to this Taco Bell. The employees 95% of the time get your order right, are super helpful and are seemingly... always in a good aattitude. If you're lucky you might even hear them singing! Food comes out quick and orderly, and that'ssomething you can't beat. Read more
The smell of the chips was like old chips old oil smell.the beans all hard.. like was seating in the pot for long time.
