I have to admit, I've never actually been to this place. But I have eaten the donuts and they are great. My favorite is the... carmel donut. In fact, it was probably the best donut I've ever had. The apple cider was very good as well. From what I here,autumn is the only time the place is open. It was quite unfortunate that the weather was too rainy when I was up there. Thegroup that I was with was quite dissipointed as well. But fortunately, a few from our group drove up and picked up some donutsand cider. Overall, I would love to actually go to this place when the weather is suitable. The donuts and cider gave me a goodindication that this place is worth the visit. Read more
We had a great visit there today right now! Two pizzas and a couple of flights of hard cider. A great little northern treasure... in the middle of nowhere, Knaebes really does a great job. Personnel are friendly and the food is delicious! The pizza is worththe drive alone. Only suggestion is to add better signage showing which buildings have which attractions. Read more

An excellent and fun place to go. Excellent wood fired pizza and plenty of donuts and other yummy things along with many ciders... on tap in the bar/restaurant. Tons of all different kinds of apples and fun things to do with the kids. Knowledgeable andfriendly staff with very reasonable prices. Read more

I've been to several orchards, this has THE BEST doughnuts I've ever had! The caramel and pumpkin coated are AMAZING! The apple... crisp is a MUST also!!! It was a very long line, but it moved quick and was SO WORTH IT! Knaebe's has this down to a science,they even have online ordering/pkup. I was hesitant when we had to park way out across the street and in a huge field... ButI'll do it again! Highly recommend! Read more
Came on August 7th and was able to taste the blueberry lemon donuts! They were delicious but our group liked the apple sugar... donuts the best. They just melted in your mouth. The playground was open and not too busy. The sunflowers were beautiful! Enjoyed seeing the orchard and where the pizzas are made! Will definitely come back this Fall. Read more
First time visiting. There was a long line at the bakery. The donuts were fresh and very good. Cider was average - has a bitter... finish a bit. We were disappointed w their Pizza. Nothing about it was good- salty not much flavor. But I am very picky about mypizza. Pretzels were not fresh. Cheese sauce was not good. So skip them unless you are not finicky about them. It seems like agood place for families with small children. No corn maze but hay rides and petting zoo. It feels more like a downstate appleorchard with long lines and wait time for pizza was an hour. Order online and skip the lines. We loved walking around theorchard. But it?s not for us who love the peace and quiet of northern Michigan. Read more
