I?ve never been to tunica before, but eating at this Jack?s is like a mini trip because it?s a gamble every time... Every.... Single. Time I eat here I never get what I ordered.... I?ll drive up, get asked ?can I take your order? I say my order ?I want a#1? and then get asked ?did you say a number #6?? ... I don?t know how those things sound alike? 90% of the time my wife and get food from here. Our orders are wrong. We always make the mistake of not checking our food before... we leave the parking lot. She ordered 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits with 2 hashbrowns. Repeated herself twice. Only got 2sausage biscuits with 1 hashbrown. A few months ago I placed an order thru drive thru and as I waited on the side for 30 minwatching people get their food that was after me, I walk in to find out my order didn't exist. I waited another 10 minutes, andnever got offered a refund or store credit. And the order was still wrong. And this is only 2 instances. Orders have been wrongmultiple times. Nice workers, and decent service. But the food... Sorry to say but worst Jack's I've ever had. Possibly the worst breakfast I've... ever paid for. The food tasted like who ever cooked it was dead inside. I mean same, but not tasty. It had obviously beensitting in a warmer for over an hour. Good luck getting what you pay for. Every time I go through I get home with my food to realize they shorted me sides or the... gravy they charged me for. I'm done with this location, they can't seem to find anyone that pays attention so I'm not going towaste my time and I've surely wasted enough money. Read more
I just went there and ordered food for me and my kids and waited for 30 minutes in the drive through bed I even got to order and... no dipping sauce and NO bacon at all on any of my sandwiches. Tried calling the store 5 times got ignored. Won?t be back afterthat experience. Read more

10/8/2022 We came in during the BIG YARD SALE day and the line seemed to be a little long. These ladies are killing it y'all!!!... They are smiling and greeting customers and the wait is not long at all! The food is amazing!!! The customer service is aboveand beyond!!! Read more
