Becca was the cashier taking our order. She was extraordinary in her customer service skills. She was friendly, engaged with my... 3 year old child in conversation. McDonald's food is, well, exactly like you would expect it to be. Her service was more of thatof a concierge level with her approach to accomplish the goals that any other employee would need to accomplish. It was not amatter of 'what's she did, rather 'how' she did it. Read more

When we got our food, the meat was greasy (tray liners likely not changed as prescribed), the buns were stale, andmy sandwich was put together lopsided, with the greasy patty falling out the side. I went to the drive-through here with my father and second younger half-brother after his baseball games in Fordland, the day... before yesterday. I tried their Apple Fritter, which I had never had before, and liked it. I also like their location withinRogersville, how the symbolic Arch can be seen from Highway 60. Read more
