Becca was the cashier taking our order. She was extraordinary in her customer service skills. She was friendly, engaged with my... 3 year old child in conversation. McDonald's food is, well, exactly like you would expect it to be. Her service was more of thatof a concierge level with her approach to accomplish the goals that any other employee would need to accomplish. Drive thru is horrible even with 1 car still takes 12 to 15 minutes if they don't have you park and wait . Need to have their... own building and not be attached to the gas station. Read more

Employees we meet were friendly and courteous, but the kitchen needs to get it together. We had to wait for our food (less than... 5 minutes). When we got our food, the meat was greasy (tray liners likely not changed as prescribed), the buns were stale, andmy sandwich was put together lopsided, with the greasy patty falling out the side. I went to the drive-through here with my father and second younger half-brother after his baseball games in Fordland, the day... before yesterday.
