All staff members including McDonald's crew were friendly. A heart-warming thank you to Shell night shift staff member Mr.... James J. for his kindness, caring, and paying attention to customer needs. He made sure that I was safe while sleeping in theparking lot after stopping to sleep due to being exhausted from driving. James cared enough to ask if I had enough sleep beforeleaving because he was worried that I didn't rest well due to noisy traffic conditions. We had a conversation to ensure that Iwas awake before driving. I observed Mr. James interacting with several customers. He knew and called some regular customers byname and he knew some items they would be purchasing and placed the items on the counter before the items were requested forpurchase. I didn't have any issues with the gas or gas pump. The store and restrooms looked neat and clean. The hot beverageswere filled, and the counters were clean. Also, McDonald's crew cooked me fresh fries and brewed fresh coffee when I orderedthose items. Next time, I plan to return to the Shell when traveling through Rogersville, MO. Read more
Coffee is good, but their gas pump wouldn't work. Made me wait like 2 minutes because the buttons wouldn't work. Buy your gas... somewhere else. They don't even have security tape on the pump, so someone could be trying to steal our card numbers and wewould never know. Read more
Some ass face I'm that wares glasses kicks me out about once a week. I think he just hates my fave because I'm not a jerk I just... walk in ask for smokes and am told to leave. The other workers are great though and never kick me out. I'm so glad there are 5gas stations in this town. Read more
