Actually at this particular location which is in Rogersville, MO is a combination restaurant having both KFC as well as Taco... Bell within the same single building. I ordered a couple of soft tacos from the Bell and an 8 piece chicken (extra crispy ofcourse) bucket from KFC. The staff were very friendly, patient, and quick to get my order filled so I could be on my way. Thefood was very good because it was hot and fresh. This location needs some help and some customer service training. The cashier didn't greet, verify I had the right order or... give me my drink. The taco shells were stale and the nacho fries were cold. I love taco bell, but I will pass on thislocation. Read more
I went to Taco Bell for lunch on 1/3/2022. I eat there very often for lunch because I work close by. However, I will never go... to the Taco Bell/KFC in Rogersville again. I have had several bad experiences there, but I understand that restaurant work canbe difficult and I DO appreciate the fast food industry as a whole. I pulled through the drive thru and asked for three softtacos and an ice water. The girl responded by asking if I wanted to make that a combo and it went down hill from there. Isaid, "No, I just want soft tacos, not Supremes and I only want ice water". She rang up three Soft Taco Supremes. I told hereI didn't want Supreme and she got very short and rude sounding and told me to pull around; she would have my total at thewindow. When I pulled to the window, she said it would $7 something and I said for three soft taco??? She said, "you also gota water that was $2.36". I said, "$2 for water?". She said, "I don't set the prices, that's just what they are". Since shealready handed me the water, I paid for it and asked her to cancel the tacos. I asked to speak to her manager, who looked at melike I was bothering her and wasting her time telling her what had happened. She just gave be a "What?" face and told me tohave a nice day. I looked at my receipt and noticed the girl had rang it up as an orange soda, so I went inside. Again, I wastreated very unprofessionally by the girl and her manager. They gave me my money back, but they weren't pleasant about it. Great place to eat, relaxing atmosphere, and service was great. But there was no clean tables, we cleaned our own table, 2nd... time I've been here and both times the tables were not cleaned. Food and service was good. Read more
Awesome staff helped myself my daughter and my best friend have a great lunch. Great customer service, clean bathrooms and... dining area. This is a Taco Bell and KFC combined restaurant, so we were able to cater to all 3 of our hunger cravings. Read more
