Love papa johns but have tried this one 3 times and have still yet even got to order. The one in greeneville is like a 30 min... deal. You're either stuck on hold and they nvr come back or u are told 2 hr wait times. Like to try a piece of theirs 1 timetho. Romas our favorite pizza place was closed. We decided to order from Papa John's because their ad photos looked the most... appetizing. We wanted the largest thin crust Supreme pizza and the largest thin crust pizza with mushrooms and hamburgertoppings. That should have been fairly easy to order online, right? All I wanted to know was what sizes were their thin crustpizzas, how much was their Supreme pizza? The types, sizes prices for extra toppings? Were there any specials going on for whatI wanted ? I could not find this info online or in the app, without having to start an order. So I started ordering and I stillcouldn't get this little bit of info without getting kicked off my order. ? This was a great shame because we were not at allhappy with our 2 topping pizza. Had I known that their amount of their topping was not enough for a small pizza, I might haveordered 3 extra of the extra mushrooms and hamburger toppings. ? I should have taken a picture but was too tired and hungry tothink about it. My Dad wasn't crazy about the Supreme either because it wasn't on a thin crust. IF you are already know theirmenu then building your own pizza would be a great way to get it exactly how you want it. I learned later that their largestpizza was 16" and they won't make a 16" thin crust Supreme; you must change to another type of crust. ? I ended up ordering byphone, I called a few times to find answers, and the staff was very pleasant every time I called. ? My recommendations for PapaJohn's is to make online / application ordering easier for first time customers. And adjust the topping amounts according topizza sizes. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience. They put my garlic literally in my pizza!!! No only that you have to wait 10 plus minutes before... anyone ever comes to check you out, they barely put any barbecue sauce on my pizza. This isn?t the first time something similarhas happened. Read more
I ordered a cheese stick and pizza cookie online and was told 20-25 minutes. I saw the notification that it was ready after 15,... so I arrived to get my pizza. I waited at the window for 8-9minutes before anyone came over to the window... I was the onlycustomer there. When I opened my box, my cheese sticks were room temperature at best. Ordered 2 pizzas one was burnt! Smelt burnt and you could taste it "yuck" wanted me to bring the pizza back for documentation!... With no more than 2 slices gone.. Said she had no way receive a picture of it; like we don't have smart phones!! Definitely willNOT be ordering from them anymore!
