I order a pizza for delivery 2-3 times a week 2 out of the 3 times my pizza isn't correct. I specifically ask to have my pizza... cooked "longer" "well done" and "with out screen" all these things should be on my info order as they claim it is however evenafter speaking my concerns with Tyler the general manger nothing seems to be done to make sure there customer is happy and thereorder is correct. I'm a fan of the pizza when cooked the way I ask its just to bad employees don't take there jobs seriouslyanymore. I literally asked the person taking the call to "make sure they cook this pizza longer this time" considering last timethey didn't and still the order was not correct when I called to complain Tyler informed me that it did not say to cook longeron order!!??????????????I've been very nice but now I choose to write this review so this doesn't happen to you when you orderyour pizza. My order was quickly taken but my food delivery was a little slow. There had been call in orders made before my order that were... being filled. The environment was good and my cold beer made the wait very worthwhile. The pizza, chicken and spuds were HOTand fresh and tasted great. The staff was helpful and quick to get me to go boxes. Just as delicious as always! Their prices are getting pretty high and they have taken some of my favorites off of the menu but... they were willing to still make it. I started working here about 20 years ago and besides the gambling area it's pretty close tojust as it was back then. I miss some of the menu items and pleasantly surprised this trip home from out of state they havegluten free crust now, it tastes good and available in two sizes. With the fresh ingredients and thin crust, our party of four didn?t have any guilt in taking on a full Large pizza. Trying a... half Sicilian and half Greek was exactly what we needed during our quick stop in Rogue River. This pizza was definitely full offlavor and large chunks of toppings, makes me want to stop in again and try the other great selections they listed on the menunext time. Read more
Right off the freeway! Not all Abby pizzas are created equal! However this establishment serves some great pies! And has a great... selection of draft beers and cozy fireplace to belly up to during the winters season. Friendly atmosphere plenty of parking! Read more
We stopped in Grants Pass during a road trip. We grabbed takeout from Abby?s and it was delicious. The salad was really good!
I have been travelling for hours from CA to OR and I was very tired. I checked in at the Best Western and didn't feel like going... out for dinner. I called in for delivery and Desire was the one who answered the phone. Her voice was very pleasant, and it wasrefreshing to hear someone like her after a long day of driving. She was very polite and very clear and helped me choose myorder, suggested what would be best since I was eating alone. She's surely was wonderful and very grateful for her help. Read more
