Service was great. Disappointed 1 carb bread has been discontinued.
Went in for my normal sandwich which was made incorrectly and when I called the staff Charles D who I was speaking to decided to... laugh at me on the phone because I said I wanted them to train their staff better as the person who answered could not help mebut he supposedly could and then when I asked him if he knew what the proper edict for customer service was he just ignored meand then decided after I said I will just call the owner and complain he laughs again and says I wasn?t ignoring you I?m busy.The staff there anymore are the rudest staff they have ever had. I used to love going to our local Subway but now for sure wouldrather drive to Grants Pass to get Subway. Can?t believe the way that store has gone downhill. Read more

They were out of almost everything. Only had White and Wheat bread, out of spinach, and out of regular mustard and honey... mustard. Kinda rude employees. Also watch one employee make cookies instead of bread. Maybe I'm just very picky about my subwaysince I have 6 years of experience but I was very disappointed with the service. The Food wasn't bad but it would have beenbetter if I could have had it on Italian Herb and Cheese (my favorite bread) or on flat bread. I also didn't get cheese on mysandwich. I did like how much steak I got though. My mom got a steak and cheese and it didn't have as much though. Also mysandwich was rolled instead of flat when I opened it up to eat it. Read more
Rude employee barked at us that we needed masks despite our immunity. We walked out and will not be back. And the Lil Pantry... down the road has much better food and friendly, smiling employees! Read more
This place has gone downhill. My online order was for a heated veggie patty footlong, with spinach, tomatoes, onions, banana... peppers and 2x chipotle southwest sauce. What I got was a frozen veggie patty footlong with all the veggies outside of the sandwhich, lettuce instead of spinach and no sauce at all. I placed the online order for my lunch break at work because it?s notvery long. I wish this place was as good as it used to be. Super disappointed and starving, thanks!
