I had the four cheese mac & cheese with chicken and bacon. It was not good. The cheese was very thin, almost like an Alfredo... sauce dribbled on thinly over the pasta.. No hint of four cheeses. The honey sauce made it too sweet. I would not order itagain. Read more

So busy they could not help me while DoorDashing; No one would stay still long enough to even hear what I had to say / ask. ... When I finally tried to speak with a supervisor 15 to 20 minutes later, even he was rude and abrupt. Very disappointed thatthis is my local Applebee's! Happy it was not my food I was picking up. Marco, our server, was great! He remembered everything we asked for and brought us extra napkins. I haven't always had a great... experience with service at this Applebee's, mainly in the afternoon. Applebee's is usually my go-to but I am extremely upset about my experience last night. A couple minutes after we sat down, it... was very noticeable that our waitress's seating area was filling up very fast. I started to pay attention to the incoming guests& saw that our waitress was taking guests that where already on their way to a table with their waiter. She walked over &demanded that the waiter handed over the menus & had the guests sit in her area. This was the case for most of the guests whocame after that. She was then quickly overloaded with the amount of people to serve causing a poor service. Items where takinglonger than usual to come & her attitude begin to change negatively. When a couple requested to sit at a different table thanwhat she had offered them, she rolled her eyes as she was walking to the table requested by the couple. You could tell thateveryone in her area was not happy with the lack of attentions we were all receiving. I hope that the right measures are takento prevent this happening again & I hope that tall-tattooed woman who was working Tuesday, July 12 around 8:30 learns to be kindto her co-workers & guests moving forward. Place was great! Our server was attentive and professional, awesome for a quick bite and drinks. Only reason for the 4 star and... not 5 cause It seemed like the staff that night kind of forgot about the door? (Granted its after 10pm...) but hear me out: Soyou find yourself just standing there while employees walk by (working), and you keep waiting and even notice other people justwaiting as well, looking around, now I get that staff is busy, but In food service a quick and simple, "we'll be right with you"fixes that right away.. even if you wont lol acknowledgement makes a whole difference :) (yes I'm holding applebees to a highstandard ????) I am a 20-yr vet of the industry, holding positions front and back, and another 20 years as a patron, and I can honestly say... that I've never seen more employees do less for their customers. I literally don't know what most of the employees do besidesstanding around ignoring the customer. For some reason, the bartender is taking tables all over the restaurant, thus neglectingbar customers. My last two visits have been the same: 10 minutes to be acknowledged and no recognition of an empty beverage. Anempty bar each time on football Sundays with ample screens tells me others feel the same way. Good Happy Hour program, butterrible service will keep me from returning. Read more
