Walked in and there was no employees so we just went in without getting stamped. Tried to order their over priced food and again... no employees to help us or take our order. Couldn't even exchange my daughters tickets for prizes because again no one was thereto help. A bunch of the games were out of order or they short you a ball or 2. I walked into the bathroom and instantly had tohold my breath from the moldy smell that was lingering in there. It was our first time taking our daughter there after her beingso excited and begging to go and we were all highly disappointed and will never return to the Rohnert Park location again. Read more

My kids love it here. I have fun here as well. But to limit a grown man to two beers in one visit? That's what the manager told... me. The only reason we went here instead of Scandia was because they have beer. But only one per hour and two per visit????????? They must have had a problem before to make that rule. Next time we will hit up epicenter. Where someone that's spendshours there can have more than two light beers. Read more
We have brought our son here from Ukiah twice now and he absolutely loves it. I am hoping to make another trip soon, now that... COVID is becoming more of a thing of the past. We love the salad bar and pizza, the game rates are also very fair. We can spendhours playing games and making silly faces in the photo booth. Read more
I don't know if putting a comment is even going to make a difference, but from all the times that we have been there, today was... the worst so far. We were celebrating my 9 years old son's birthday. Book 2 weeks before the party for 10 kids with the packagethat comes with souvenir cup for each kid. they gave us paper cups without even saying anything they just put them there. when Iasked for the souvenir cups they said they ran out. (It's an extra charge for each cup). party was supposed to be from 5:30 to7:30 we have to wait 40 minutes to receive the cards for kids to play because they weren't ready. We order sampler platter, thefries were halfway cook. and it look like if they were doing this on purpose The hostess were so rude I had to be asking themfor cups, for plates, for forks, things that they have to had in every single party. If it wasn't enough for their rudeness ofthese people 6:50pm lights went out.
