The older short lady that prepares the food is so rude and hostile. She gives a very mean look everytime I come inside. The... guys that run the front end are very cool and nice. The more than makeup for this rude bitter lady. I think she has an issuewith black folks. She treats me like I am a robber and always on high alert. I gave 5 stars because food is fresh and I did notwant to punish everyone for this lady's bad behavior and attitude. I think this person needs diversity and inclusion training. Read more
I have ordered here many times with no issues. Great tasting food! But alas, I cannot give 5 stars because of a recently found... out issue with this place. The order I placed today, they forgot all the salsas. That's like eating French fries with noketchup. I tried calling to see what happened, no answer. For the next 15 minutes I tried calling since I wasn't the only onemissing salsa. I ended up calling a Petaluma location to see if I had the right number. That location called this store, andstill no answer. So, just make sure everything is correct BEFORE you leave the restaurant parking lot. Read more
I enjoyed the food there. When it comes to Mexican Fast food you're usually stuck with Taco Bell.. If you want chicken you're... stuck with Kentucky fried. Here you can get a variety of South of the border bowls or chicken at a reasonable price ice. Theyhave a number of sides, I really liked the corn. The food was serve hot! Don?t bother. They don?t want any business. Posted open until 10. Placed an online order to pick up at 8. Arrive, all the doors... are locked although there are customers inside.. Pull around to drive through window. Gentleman says ?can you pull up to thedoor.? ?No, your doors are locked.? For goodness sake, just hand me my damn order at the drive through and get on with yourlife. I told him to cancel instead. They clearly don?t want business. Read more
