I visit the Rohnert Park location in California, and the facility is clean, tidy and well maintained. The vehicles and track are... always in good condition, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'd visit more often if the prices were more friendly (Itook my three boys for one race each and it cost $140), but I always have a blast when I do go. Read more

I was there this weekend for a birthday party. The staff was amazing with our little guys. We had several new riders in our... party and the staff were patient and made sure they were all safe. Alex and Nathan took great care of us. We did have to put afree parking pass on our car because the rodeo was happening across the street. Cars from the rodeo were parking in the K1parking lot and being towed so they wanted to make sure no customer cars for K1 got towed. The manager Ryan came up to us andlet us know if for some reason our car was towed he would personally pay for it. Great customer service!!! There is an arcadebut the payment thing for the game cards wasn?t working. Thankfully we were able to download the app and use that to play games.Bonus the app gives you 25 extra credits!! There is no food yet but I saw a kitchen so fingers crossed there will be food andsnacks soon. We will definitely be back we had a great experience. Read more

For what they are trying to do, it is awesome. The staff is terrific. We through a "makeshift" birthday party here for my 9 year... old and kids LOVED it. Supervisor Felipe and his team did their best to make it a great experience! Just note that his place isVERY EXPENSIVE. Mandatory $8 "membership" per rider (per year) and each race is 12 laps... $27 per race, $50 or 2 races or $65for 3!!!! We did the 3 races for $65. So to do 36 laps (average lap time is around 30 seconds) which lets round it up to 20minutes of lap time is $292 for 4 kids!!! This REALLY seems like TOO much. But if you go in with the mindset that it isoverpriced, it is a lot of fun for the short time you are out there. ALSO please note adults and kids cannot ride on the tracktogether. So you are NOT able to "race" with your kids, a true bummer I thought. Read more

We came on July 15th in the afternoon to the Rohnert Park location, and this was our first time coming to this location since it... became K1 Speed. We planned to celebrate my son's 15th birthday by coming for a couple of races and then heading back home forsome cake since we just had five boys racing. I tried calling to check on some details with pricing and membership. The messagewhen calling says to text them. Yes! Text them. The staff was super responsive via text, and the even coordinator ChristianAdsura also reached out to me via phone and text. Christian listened about what I was thinking, encouraged me to text/phone anytime and upload the waivers, and assured me the staff would be ready. He made our time extra special with his staff alerted toour arrival on the 15th and what races they would complete. When we arrived, Felipe, the Manager, was ready for us and greetedus. He was enthusiastic and friendly. He went out of his way to make it a fun day and make sure we had what we needed! With notneeding a full birthday party package, I am glad the Rohnert Park staff and event coordinator, Christian, made it a specialcouple of hours for us! This is our second home. My husband, son and daughter would spend every day here if they could. We come for the racing and stay... for the employees.
