Omg. I have never experienced fair service at one red lobster ever. Always, other red lobster restaurants have been still good... but this time was totally disappointing. First, the receptionist told us to wait just 30 minutes and at the end, my family and Iwaited for 45min or more. Second, the waitress took all the orders at the same time, however; he was serving at different timesand forgot some of the orders to bring to the table. Later, my family and I were eating one by one not altogether as is supposedto be. I know not all the fault is from the waitress. It was part of the kitchen service. Otherwise, everything was the worstexperience ever for my family and me and we didn't enjoy the food and time spent together because part of my family members werecoming from Sacramento and we were from San Francisco trying to enjoy the day. My wife and I decided to go to Red Lobster for Sunday lunch. What a great decision. We had not been there for quite awhile, and... decided to treat ourselves to a great meal. We were not disappointed. We both ordered Shrimp Linguini Alfredo and endlessArgentine Red Shrimp. Everything was marvelous. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are an awesome treat and set the tone for the fabulousmain course. Been 2nd time in 30 years I have been at a red lobster, was not bad, for 5 of us was almost 300.00 with tip and tax....very rich... sauce butter, the Caesar was drenched in dressing overpowered the greens..made it wilted almost..not good..rolls was good, portions on sides was on small side , I am sure most of this type of food was frozen..it will be a while before I goback..everything was small size i.e. shrimp, lobster etc...if you are hungry craving shrimp etc..then this is your place..lotsof calories..was ok and good enough Read more

The shrimp I got and broccoli were very good. The service was mediocre. The server brought my food and never returned to the... table. Another kind server finally come and helped me. Not sure whatever happened to my server. Restaurant was very clean insideand the bathrooms were clean. Would definitely eat here again Read more

I expected a lot better from this Red Lobster. We ordered takeout dinner with a bunch of appetizers. The Lobster Linguine was... phenomenal. I can’t say the same for my Ultimate Feast or my brothers steak. The ordered medium well steak, and it came dryand bland. Calamari was soggy and the biscuits were dry. I'm not sure if the cooks need some refreshing of courses or it was just Father's Day or both:( the first two plates looked... appetizing. But of course my plate of salmon w/ rice pilaf & shrimp scampi was very disappointing & bland. Not to mention theveggie was forgotten? Our waiter was prob the only thing that had us stay as long as we did being our food took over an hour & ahalf to come out?! Yes. I understand it was Father's Day, but dang a heads up or something would have been nice. I appreciatedthe fact they did their best in trying to accommodate our party size & not have us wait an hour but either way it would not havemade a difference I suppose. Our waiter, again, was more than helpful and very apologetic. Thank you! We have not been here in 2yrs. The last visit I can't remember the food being so dissatisfying.
