The Rohnert Park Round Table pizza is very nice inside. The staff makes sure that it's clean and comfortable. As always, our... meal was great. The staff is very friendly and professional, offering any additional supplies we might need. On a separate note,I like ordering using the Round Table App. It allows you to earn points for your orders which can be redeemed when you've earnedenough. I've been able to order free pizza a few times now. The app also has online offers that you can't get if you're orderingover the phone or in the restaurant. Read more
An epic fail for a super basic order. Just wanted an extra large double pepperoni. Didn’t realize 16” is their idea of... extra large. That’s a large everywhere else except Mt Mikes where it’s a medium. And double pepperoni? Not even close. Itlooks like they skimped on a regular pepperoni amount. Not going back. I thought they gave me the wrong order. Called in totalk to a manager and they didn’t care at all. No apology, no offer to throw breadsticks on the next order or whatever tokengesture they usually do. Just “Ok, bye”. Terrible. What a rip off at $36 for one of the most basic orders ever. Badcustomer service. Very disappointing pizza. Go elsewhere. Edit 10/17/2022: OK, a couple of things here. The writtenresponse from the owner here sure sounds good. I'm sure whoever reads their response will think "Wow, they really handled thatwell. They offered him a "free pizza" in one response and a "refund" in response to my other 1-star review. ACTUALLY, thesame owner called me directly and DID NOT OFFER EITHER OF THOSE THINGS. In fact, all they offered me over the phone was "15%off my next order". They did NOT offer anything close to what they publicly claimed they offered me here. I told them if Ithought they were off the mark by just 15%, I wouldn't have left a 1-star review. Shameful. They offered me nothing in personexcept a 15% discount off my next order but then they publicly claim they offered me a refund or a free pizza. Super shady. Nice try Round Table but I'm here to publicly correct that totally false statement. Now, in addition to all the aforementionedreasons to not go here, I can attest that they not only failed, but then acted deceptively to the public and to myself. Again,DO NOT GO HERE. The food is yummy!! Just don’t try to order online because I noticed a mishap with every order that came in via Internet... order. Once I got home I realized they missed my wings and dipping sauce and I ordered via their website. I just recommendcalling in or going to the store to make sure you get your order relayed clearly ???? Read more
If i could give this olace a zero i would. Just about every delivery is quoted as being delived in 40 minutes. And hour later... you will call, and realize you have been lied too and your timing is more like an hour and a half. I have disabilities andmedications to take with food and every time they mess me up. This time when i go and pick up my delivery I complain a littlemore and was told "I'd rather you to to mountain mikes". Sure thing bud as your delivery system is a failure. Read more
I’m not one to complain or write bad reviews, however this was very unfortunate and frustrating. We ordered 2 personal pizzas,... mine came in within 20, but after 20 more minutes we didn’t get our 2nd pizza. So we asked, they said they were working on it.3 separate times we asked AGAIN and after an hour and a half, and asking, AGAIN and expressing my frustration we finally got ourtiny pizza. OK, we tried this RT one more time! New young woman. Seemed nice, she was new. We ordered a bottle of wine when we ordered our... pizza. We waited. We asked for metal utensils as our pizza was delivered. We waited. By the time our utensils were recieved ourpizza was cold. Had to re-do the pizza. PREV. YELP: Uneven, sometimes great other times just ok. Tried it again. Counter personwas nice enough, but totally inept. Pizza was ok, but thin crust..we ordered regular crust. They have no metal utensils, justplastic. You cannot cut your pizza with plastic. Read more
