Went in for a sandwich today. Walked in.. the employee was maskless making an online order & never even attempted to cover his... face (standing over all the ingredients) while I stood waiting. He never greeted, continued what he was doing, walked thesandwich outside to the online order rack behind me still uncovered. Finally comes back and asks what I want. Never washed hishands or changed gloves. My glare must have let him know to put a mask on while making my food but it was off again as soon ashe was done. Gross. This Subway I would say "Best" in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa area in terms of services , quality and prices (about 10% cheaper... than other Subways in the area and positive atmosphere maybe due to reflection of the store owner. Recommend to try this Subwaybefore other Subways. ???????????? Read more

Do not go here the service was horrible and the two girls that were working tonight. Courtney and Emma are dumb and they argue... with customers. My husband and I went in for dinner tonight and both had asked for avocado on our sandwhichs. Emma finishesmaking out sandwichs and rings them up. My husband let her know that our total should not be 14.65 that we both got the footlong deal of the day and out total should be about 13 after tax. She then mentions that the avocado is 1.50 extra. No where onthe board did it say an extra cost. We then tell her here in the state of California you can't change for something being anextra if 1) its not stated to be an extra cost and 2) if you didn't mention it before giving it. After a few back and forthcomments they end up taking the avocado off and throwing it away. We now have a civil code courtesy of Rohnert park PD and willbe calling corporate to see if we can't get something done about these to very impolite young girls and how they not onlytreated us but others in this lotion as well.
