I have been driving home and I ordered pizza to be deliver at 7:15pm because I was going to be home to get it from the delivery... person but they decided to ignore the time what time I put to be delivered and told me my order is on way at 6:42 when I was nothome. So I am not happy at all then I try to call them and explain to them I was not going to be at the house so I didn?t thinkabout anything I asked them to leave it at the door but then the thing I didn?t realize like we couldn?t just bag put in a bagor something like it?s rain and put it at the door because there?s ants all over the place and I have ants all over the pizzaall over my food. Not good Service my husband call them to talk to them told us it is our problem. But I have kids who ishungry and now I have to do something different just wasted all my money ???? I arrived at the store and called them to pick up my curbside pizza. They put me on hold. 8 minutes later, still on hold, I... entered the store. I had to wait on the counter person to carry out a curbside pizza to another car before he could talk to me.He then offered me a litany of excuses. He did apologize but it rang pretty hollow. This location continues to fail at customer service and with getting your order right. They continue to send out the wrong order... or cancel your order without warning. We have given them the benefit of the doubt and hoped it would get better but has not. Thelast 5 order we have placed over the last 3 months have all come out wrong. Read more
Your pizzas were cold the cheese was burnt, and the chicken wings that I ordered had the wrong sauce on them. I paid sixty bucks... for two large pizzas and a twelve order of wings.. I'll never come back again and I'll let others know about your cheapservice..your not welcome. Read more
