I ordered a power bowl through the drive through. I stopped to get it out B4 driving and realized there were no beans, sour... cream, guacamole or tomatoes in it. Just rice chicken and cheese. They also forgot to give me a fork. So I went back in to get afork and ask if they could add the things to my order that were left out. I stood there for over 7 minutes before someone cameup. Plenty of them looked at me no one wanted to help me. Some one finally came up and said give me a minute. I waited over 5more minutes and decided to just grab a fork and leave. The self order machines at the register is ridiculous... But the staff was good and the food was Taco Bell. But THE OWNER/GM... ruined my experience. I'm eating in the lobby and this dude comes in, talks to the staff for a second, and then sits down andstarts having business conversations on speaker phone in the quiet lobby... extremely unprofessional and annoying. One, Ishouldn't have to listen to you telling people "People quit stores, not people" and other cliches loudly while I am trying toenjoy my meal. Secondly, how unprofessional to have your subordinates on speaker when conducting business. I won't be back here,but ONLY because I don't want to support such a poor leader and someone who doesn't value his guests. To the two ladies thatwere working, great job and thanks. Read more

Wish they had a zero star option stopped by to pick up my kids some tacos and we get home to this absolutely pathetic barely any... meat at all and a splat here and there of cheese!!! Check your food before you leave!! Read more

Food was great. People were great. 3 stars because there is no menu. These companies are trying to force you to interact with... self order kiosks to place your order instead of actual people. What an insult! Nobody prefers a kiosks over a humaninteraction. Where is the F/=÷×ng menu that shows what you order? Baja Blast Mtn Dew was out and they wouldn't change it. Read more
Friendly and efficient employees. Fast service. Dining room and restrooms were very clean.
