I just don?t know what is up with subway. Lately it doesn?t matter which one you go to it?s poor service and people that do not... know how to make a sandwich. These Rolesville people kept leaving the last 2 inches of the sandwich with nothing on it andevery time I asked to spread it out you would have thought I requested them to bake me fresh bread. Asked for the 6 inch sub tobe lightly toasted because they didn?t have the cheese needed for a meatball and wanted to make sure the Swiss was lightlyheated. Gave me a burnt sub but I took it because I?m sure this crew isn?t going to do any better. Read more

All customers in line were wearing masks, socially distancing, and chairs were placed in front of the food display toesson touch... points. Neither of the employees were wearing masks as they leaned over the meats and vegetables. We decided to walk outwithout ordering anything. Very disappointed. Read more

Walked in and was greeted by a nice young female employee. However, while looking at what to order, my fiancé drew my... attention to the NUMEROUS fruit flies flying around and on the food. The glass protection door was open and the cheese lookedlike it had already dried out with the ends curled up. ???? We left immediately...and I was still hungry. ???? First and lasttime there. I ordered my sandwich online. I arrived at 8:40 when it was supposed to be ready. . The one lone young man working there was... on the phone to the manager and talking with a customer who was apparently returning an order. I asked if my order was ready,and the young man said he did not have the bread to make the sandwich. I asked if he could make it on another kind of bread. He continued to talk on the phone to the manager about issues he was having with the bread. Finally I said he could cancel myorder, but he said he was making my sandwich right then. I asked if there was a problem with the bread, and he didn't reallygive me an answer. When I got home, the bread literally broke into flaky chunks when I bit into it. The whole thing fell apartin my hands. What a waste of money. Sandwich ended up in the garbage can. Read more
Nice employees and good fresh food. Giving 3 stars because I received only 4 slices of turkey on my Chicken Bacon Guac wrap... which is supposed to be double the meat of 6? sub... I made a comment about it to the sandwich maker but he said it?s how hewas told to make them... I didn?t feel like arguing so I didn?t dive further into it but I usually get at least 6 slices ofturkey. Read more
This place needs a thorough health inspection. Inside the plexiglass bread box the rings that have bread labels are rusted and... the bread is up against the rusty rings. Disgusting! I bet a health inspector would have a field day with this place. If in 10seconds of walking in I notice this, who knows what else they don?t care to fix. No way they?re going around not noticing thebread resting on the rust. Read more
