I have never in my life been treated so horrible as I was with an Arby's employee. Today 15 October 2022 I stopped by the Arby's... in Rolla and as I was ordering, a train was going by and police sirens was sounding in another direction. I couldn't order therest of my food until it got quite. The employee was rushing me and I forgot to tell her no Swiss cheese on my French dipsandwich. When I pulled up to the window, I told her about not wanting Swiss cheese and she started screaming at me that my foodwas already made and I should have mentioned it while ordering. I said to her that there was a lot of noise and she reminded meagain that she had already made the sandwich and I would have to take it. I handed her the money and told her that it would bethe very last time I would come to Arby's and she was screaming to the top of her lungs that I couldn't talk to her that wayover and over. Then she told me that I was not getting my food and slammed the window in my face. I was mortified by herbehavior and I am planning to contact the corporate home office with some questions. We have eaten at Arby's several times andmany other places. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I have had a brain ruptured aneurysm and I did forget to tellher no cheese but it wasn't a big deal until she started screaming. No Arby's for my friends, family and and me. They are allhorribly upset with this situation. Read more
As advertised, they have the meats. I took my coworker there for his first trip there, he said besides the great sandwich, he... was extremely impressed with how cordial the workers were. Keep it up guys! Read more
Me and my family were trying out arbys for the first time and when my little brother asked through the drive through if they had... a small burger the person who I can only assume to be the manager responded with "we do not tolerate that craziness here" so wefinished our order, we pull up to the window and she pokes her head through and starts swearing and gives us a several minutelong speech about how we were disrespectful wasting her teams time. After that she gave us the wrong order and slid my card andreceipt to me on the counter. She watched as my card fell under my car and walked back to the kitchen doing nothing about it,thankfully the kind worker that took her place after noticed and left the building to get my card for me. Oh boy where to start. 1st of all I asked about their fish sandwiches that they apparently no longer make, sadly. But when I... asked about that as well as the burger which was a temp item as well, the young lady informed me they don't serve burgers andirritatingly that they only have fish sticks or in a wrap...so went ahead an ordered a 3 and a 5 piece of the fish, as well asfew other items. Now my truest issue is not only the cost,but value for money, so be aware as you can see in the photo, thistruly is not...and would like to mention we asked twice for extra ARBY,HORSEY AND TARTAR sauce...no horsey,3 arby and 1 extratartar...and when I asked if I could get some more, I was told it was already in the bag...onto cost. 3 piece fishstick(not ameal) is $5.09 + tax and 5 piece is $7.09 + tax. (Not a meal) so here is pic of food, and our extra sauces...lol...then receiptto show the price. So unhappy. Another chain going downhill. What a shame. Read more
One star. We order food for three people in the drive through. They give us a total of two napkins. I go inside and grab a... handful (perhaps a total of 25). The person at the counter confronts me for taking them. "Sir, is that really necessary? Youneed that many napkins". Perhaps the folks that work there pay for that napkins out of their pocket. Ordered a sandwich and a meal. Got a sandwich and sides from the other meal combo. Meth employees could care less. Never again.
