I use to love Lee's but now they got rid of the chicken sandwiches and the chicken dippers. So I decided to get the 5 piece... chicken strip with fries and mashed potatoes. Bill came to right at $18.00 , I got soggy wedges (some were even cold and hard inthe middle), mashed potatoes were OK but a little skimpy, and 5 " chicken strips" that didn't equal a chicken breast total.That for almost $20.00 . This place definitely under new ownership, Quality has steadily declined. They no longer offer the lunch special. It?s a shame,... used to be a regular stop for us. After several times this year, I?m done with it. Read more
We are completely done with Lee's! The food quality and choices have steadily declined over the past year. It started with them... no longer offering white gravy. Seriously, who eats brown gravy on chicken fried steak? Then every time my husband orderslivers, they are hard as a rock and luke warm. We have continued to give them a chance because the chicken strips have alwaysbeen good. But tonight is probably it. Starting with the choice of sides. No baked beans (they don't serve them anymore), nocorn - just watery mashed potatoes with brown gravy (gag), bland and watery mac and cheese, Cole slaw and a couple others. The 2strip - 2 NOT 3 - meal is now $9.00! without a drink. As I detest diet Pepsi, I always get water. Used to get a clear plasticcup. Tonight the cashier asked me what size? Thought that was weird. Then took a closer look at our receipt. They charged me 50cents for a regular size drink cup for water! The cold hard liver dinner and my 2-strip meal cost us almost $20! Next time, I'llgrab a couple of 3 strip dinners at Price Chopper with white gravy on my potatoes and creamy mac and cheese. And have Diet Cokeat home! I don't mind paying for a good quality meal but Lee's just isn't worth the money anymore! Too bad. Read more

Best customer service I've experienced in the past 2 years. The employees really go above and beyond. The reason for the 3 stars... is the food is just mediocre, not worth the price by any means. The chicken was hot, fresh and juicy the flavor just wasn'tthat great. Read more
Everytime we are driving by on the interstate, we stop in. This is the only Lee's Famous recipe I know of outside of Indiana. I... grew up on Lee's...a family favorite (Anderson, IN).
