Spent 30 minutes ordering and paying for pizza. Webpage shows open. Got a call-Store is closed!!! Order Cancelled. Not Cool????
Poor service 50% of the time, been going here for over a year, quality of the food is horrendous. Breadsticks are just little... clumps that jumble around in a box. Pizza is usually still raw in the middle. Truly a poor experience that I have finally gottenfed up with. Read more
Personally this is the best Pizza I tested in the US. The people who work their are friendly and helpful. The only dis advantage... is the restaurant cleanliness still in a fast food level . Read more
Went there to pick up an order and it was just coming out of the oven. There was one employee working, and he was very calm... despite being so busy. The pizza was great and perfect for the price! Read more
I am not a fan of Papa Johns pizza in general really, so on its own I would give this restaurant 2 maybe 3 stars, but I must say... this Papa Johns location is different. They allow delivery right to the dorms, as well as allowing those on the meals plans atS&T to use their student dollars (which they use for meals on campus) and spend them here. That feature alone bumps it up a bit,and on top of that they usually get the orders correctly. Sometimes the wait times for the food is whack, upwards of an hour anda half, but that's only on some occasions. Overall, 3.7/5 Read more
Update #2: They messed up our order. I ordered a medium and got a small. This is ridiculous. Thank you for deciding I only... needed a small. Update: Called back and selected "speak to a manager" and was able to place my order. Some kind of glitchmaybe? I have been on hold to place and order for 8 minutes and counting. What is going on? slowest service ever. if you order a pizza, expect it to take up at least 2 hours before it is delivered. doesn?t matter how big... or small your order is either, i ordered a small cheese pizza at 6:00 pm and it is now after 8:00 pm and still no pizza?i havetried to call them several times only for someone to answer and then i get hung up on. i even heard people talking in thebackground and i tried to say hello several times, but no answer. i am only on the line for about 30 seconds before get hung upon. very similar experience happened to my bf as well, which is why i was hesitant to order from here in the first place. now iknow it was not just a one time thing. bottom line: don?t order from here unless you have HOURS to wait. :) Read more
People here are very helpful and polite. I had a need for a big lunch order at work Domino's and Pizza Hut wouldn't help with.... These folks were happy to help, and they even had everything ready when I pulled up and even walked all the pizzas and 2 litersto my car. Thank you for being such a good business in Rolla! Read more
