Usually I?m not a fan of Pizza Hut but here lately they have done a wonderful job! Our pizza was hot and delicious.
Pretty good service for all of the turnover and poor management this location has had historically. People were training and... there was an issue with a pizza having to be remade but it was handled well. Might have some better incentives/pay/benefits foremployees so they can be more enthusiastic about their work. Previous review prior, latest visit was outstanding! Read more
The pizza was good but really what makes Rolla Pizzahut great is it friendly staff and it?s clean establishment. When and my... husband and my kids went in on Saturday there were shorthanded and staff it look like but the staff that was there was reallyfriendly and working really hard to accommodate us and our kids thank you Pizza Hut. Absolutely the worst pizza hut I have ever been to. My fiancé and I ordered the pasta for 2 with 5 breadsticks. The pasta was... literally a child's size portion and A large amount of the noodles were burnt and crusted to the pan. The server insisted thatit was a serving for 2 when I love pizza hut pasta & know that it wasn't a serving for 2. It was a horrible experience and Irecommend that you don't EVER eat here. Read more
Very rarely do I have a problem with Pizza Hut. But we usually order the same thing and it's a simple order. A medium meat... lovers pizza, pepperoni pizza, and chicken alfredo pasta. The pasta is sometimes made differently with not enough sauce or twoburnt on top. But nothing to get all up in arms about. Everybody can't be perfect. Read more
From the start, this was probably one of the worst Pizza Hut experiences I?ve ever had. Our server was very nice, however seemed... to be impaired of some sort (drugs or alcohol). The food was hot, that was the only positive. Pizza was way undercooked andbreadsticks had zero seasoning on them. This was our first visit to this place and will more than likely be our last. Thisestablishment needs updated and needs a lot of help. They appeared to be understaffed and under managed. Hopefully this doesn?tfall upon deaf ears and corporate gets this store straightened out. There was another family there while we were there and theyseemed just as disturbed. Our server also gave us a spatula to pick up the pizza long after we already had the pizza and shecomplained ?she had to wash a spatula because no one did dishes last night?. I understand some things and no experience can beabsolutely perfect. But this was $60 for a lunch meal and we would have been happier with the dollar menu at McDonald?s. Read more
I like this place good service good taste pizza but i found the the fork and knife not really clean every time i come here i... think they wash it with salt water or don't dry it well!!!!! Tables were filthy, no condiments or napkins on the table and we waited an hour and NO ONE was there eating. My unsweetened tea... tasted horrible it was hot and NO ice. Will NOT be eating there again. Read more
