Food was fine. Didn?t receive drink cup with order. Had to go back to the counter and ask for it.
Don?t bother, they never have any food. Every time I go they are either out of beef, chicken, rice, tortillas, hard shells or... all of the above. Sometimes it?s the typical ?fryers are down? just because they cleaned them three hours before close. Ordermore on your truck or don?t be open. Honestly at least this location stays open till the scheduled time. I?ve been to the otherlocation in rolla two hours before close and they will tell me they are already closed and to go to the other location. Read more
Would have been 0 if that was an option. Missing items, rude GM named Chris not willing to rectify mistakes with in the four... wall of this business. Wouldn?t even give me contact information for upper management to hide his own ego and mistakes. Absolutely appalling is the best verbiage I can use. Wanted me to use my own money to fix their issues. I can?t even begin tofathom where this sort of hospitality could have been learned from. Will not be back to this location due to Chris the GM?s lackof concern and respect to the customers. Also I?m in the food business so this review is coming from the eyes of a concernedindustry leader. There is no wonder this place only has a 3 stars. Have a great day! Read more
Definitely 5 stars !!! You All did a Fantastic job serving my food all while dealing with a Super busy lunch drive-thru. I was... starving yesterday, driving from Arizona in a huge rush for time & I was IMPRESSED with this store, particularly !! All of TheEmployees Are The Best No lie !! One girl Hailey did a great job training another employee, & remained professional with me, allwhile taking my order, & I just thought that Everyone was busy doing something ! Everyone worked Very Efficiently as a Team !! Iworked at a Taco Bell some Millions of years ago & it was Nowhere near as Professional As this location in Rolla, Missouri !! Ifevery place had respect for customers like this, I would probably spend more money on fast food anywhere in the U.S. !!Seriously made my day, I hope they can All get Company Performance Bonuses like yesterday, But I will be back to leave tipsbecause I was for sure shocked, their Super clean lobby was a reflection of their awesome employees ???? I would 100% rather go to this location rather then the HWY 72 location. They were super friendly! And got my order correct.... While the other location every single time I order my order is always incorrect and they are super rude. Read more
This taco bell is pretty good but it never seems to be as good as the other one in town. The one on bishop Avenue is always... forgetting our drinks or our food is incorrect, but they're nice enough when we go back to get it fixed. I just really wish theone on 72 was open later, they do a phenomenal job. Read more
It?s hard to rate the experience you have with fast food. Especially when a bus full of teenagers comes in at the same time. But... I?d say the staff that was there that day did a good job with the hand they were dealt. Read more
