Love the taco bell on 72. They almost always get my order right and the food is massive! Edited to add: it seems different now,... they can't seem to understand how to add sauce so that the flavor is throughout the burrito. It's always at one end of theburrito. I've asked them - politely - about it, and it doesn't change. You can see in my photos how the burrito is "wrapped" andyou can see in the other photo there's no sauce, at all. I don't know if this is a crew member thing or taco bell thing, butit's irritating because it never gets better. Read more
Went there today for a xtra cheese quesadilla (I?m vegetarian and was looking for something cheap and quick) got a chicken... quesadilla instead and when I pulled it out of the bag it was basically in a big greasy wad at the bottom of the quesadillawrapper. I know it?s fast food but there should still be a standard? people are still spending their money on this. I ended upjust throwing it away. It looked like someone had basically shredded it with a pizza slicer. There was no way to properly eat itand just looked disgusting. I ate one bite without realizing and was disgusted. I'll give 2 since they are usually decent here, but today I learned that they didn't feel like serving breakfast to the time... that's posted everywhere. I just went here for breakfast at 10:15 AM, 45 mins before the end of breakfast and the associate told me they weren?t going to... make my order, which was comprised of only breakfast items, because it would be a loss of product on their side. They then toldme to leave, recall my order, remake my order on the app, and drive to the other COMPETENT Taco Bell who has never been out ofproduct or straight up refused to serve me. Have been here several times over the past couple days. Everything I have ordered has been cold or not even cooked at all. Last... time I'll try them.
